Yeah, Rugby is kind of a gay sport isn't it. Perhaps not in places
where it's much, much more popular, but I mean in the United States.

Yeah, hard-hitting, bone crushing football with no pads or helmets.
Pretty darned gay.

Again I am talking about the United States where rarely if ever do
they have Rugby on television.

In America it's not a sport you take up for the money. It would make
more sense in the United States to take up football where if you are
very good you can make millions. In American Rugby sometimes you have
to even pay money in order to help with the expenses.

And yea, in America it does seem that most of the players are
homosexuals. That is likely not the case in places where rugby is
much more popular and is one of the leading sports in the country.

Not that this comes as a surprise, but you don't have any idea what
you're talking about. The *only* rugby players I have known have been
straight. I am sure there are some gay ones, but it's ludicrous to say
that there is something about rugby that attracts gay players.

I will admit that the teams draw a gay audience (as well as a straight
one).

1. I would love to know what facts you use to base your opinion on, I take

2. Where in the States are you?

Okaayyy, so you don't go to rugby matches, and rarely, if ever, watch it
on TV. But from that you can deduce that all the players are gay?

>
> In America it's not a sport you take up for the money.

In the whole entire world {yes, that thing they tried to teach you about
at school}, rugby is not a game you take up for the money. Not unless
you're one of the 0.000001% of players that get paid.

It would make

Sense? How many people take up 'football', how many make millions?

In American Rugby sometimes you have

Imagine that, actually having to pay for the pleasure.

>
> And yea, in America it does seem that most of the players are

Or possibly that within the rugby community, being gay isn't a big
secret. There's probably 100's of gay footballers that are just too
scared to say so.

That is likely not the case in places where rugby is

Hmmm, well, granted the jury is out on that one.

Most rugby players are not professional and at the lower levels players
also play to pay. Doesn't make them gay, some people play sport for
enjoyment.

Are you saying all sportsmen/women in the US are professional or
aspiring to be so? That's sad.

Maybe they are just making a darn good excuse not to shag you. Never
played the gay card myself but a friend of mine has played it and says
it's a sure fire way to get rid of the fuglys without bad feeling.

Ordinarily, I'd say you are very silly because somebody's sexual
orientation really doesn't matter when it comes to sports. As you're
obvioously some kind of homophobic troll, in your case I'll make an
exception and do you a favour and tell you that you're a fucking

Okay, now divide that by the number of American football-players as a

What fraction do you get?

So, "Anna's" Rule on Sport and Homosexuality goes something like: A
player of a sport that is not extremely popular in the nation whence
said player comes is likely gay.

An object lesson on how the feminist PC liberal left-wing continue to
undermine the alpha male.

Borrowing heavily from Schopenhauer, they generate a malicious rumour
until it becomes generally adopted; keep regurgitating it until others
begin to accept it or question its veracity, then use the old "there's
no smoke without fire" theory, until it becomes 'received wisdom' and
therefore hey presto! - it must be true.

However, it's not a bad troll and it will always elicit a response.

What utter nonsense.

Do you honestly believe that the incidence of gays in the NFL is so
significantly different to that in the population at large? What
evidence do you have for that, except - I'm guessing - wishful
thinking. Of course there are gays in the NFL, plenty of them.
What's the incidence of gays in the US? A cursory search indicates
somewhere between 2 and 5%. I'm not sure of teh average squad size
but I'd say it's round 60 per franchise (and no, I'm not about to
count them all). So at 3%, that's 1.8 (let's round that up to 2 as 3%
is the lower end) in each franchise. The NFL's 32 franchises could,
if they so wished, split those guys out and give them their own
franchise 'cos there's enough of them.

Your assumption that all NFL players are as cerebrally challenged as
you are is also flawed. Whilst there will always be sad individuals
ready to persecute people for any perceived reason, your idea that NFL
playes are all mindless apes is also flawed.

Your math is right, but, sadly, your assumption about how enlightened
members of US professional sports team are is not. There are, to my
knowledge, no out players in the NFL, the NBA or Major League Baseball.
There are a few who have come out after retiring, but there is
definitely an implicit don't-ask-don't tell policy in US professional
sports.

I am hopeful that that will change soon as some brave soul makes the
decision to come out while still playing. I would like to believe that
his teammates will still welcome and accept him, but the general
perception, currently is not as optimistic as mine.

Here is a story about a naked rugby game.

http://www.guardian.co.uk/news/blog/2009/jun/14/naked-rugby-new-zealand

http://tinyurl.com/lk8nkm

Tackles, props and balls as nature intended

Rugby match in New Zealand sees teams face off in birthday suits,
briefly interrupted by streaker – with all his clothes on

In England, rugby players throwing off their clothes at the first
opportunity is no new thing but at least they usually wait till they
get off the pitch (and are in the bar), before getting started.

In Dunedin, New Zealand, however, every year two teams of sevens go to
battle fully starkers.

The nude rugby international, which started as a celebration of New
Zealand's national nude day, was held yesterday as a warm-up –
although temperatures were reportedly cold enough to prove
embarrassing – to the forthcoming match between the All Blacks and
France.

Needless to say, there were plenty of tackles flying about with only
one interruption … when a fully-clothed streaker ran on to the pitch.

I find it worrying that you try to analyse an obvious pervert who gets a
thrill because of the extra attention he gets by "dressing up" in a
girl's nym.

For that matter, why does he tell you about rugby?

Ach, everybody else does, it makes no difference, I'm infallible.

Anna....i forgot to tell you long ago....that the downward spiral of
nudity is that the whites and straights tend to disappear while the
blacks and queers take up where they leave off....it happens in the
nude sex businesses and also in the nude beach groups.....and now as i
view those street fairs it appears that the queers are abundant and
even in rec nude as you present these homosexual exposes ..then lane
and his homo australian and uk queer friends come out in
force.....this is gonna take rec nude down a path that you nor i will
find has any social redeeming value...of course rugby is of no
interest to americans and i think now that it is a queer thing and
that is the reason.....again i think nudity of the white straight
mixed gender is very appropriate here in rec nude....regards....jz

Does nudity equal gay? I known several nudist over the years, all are
fat and unattractive but they all seem happily married and not a hint of
gay.

I sleep in the nude, does that mean I'm gay?! I hope not, with the
exception of my Adonis like form I find men generally pretty unattractive.

I may be nude under my clothes right now .... my god I'm gorgeous!

Rugby Stars Get Naked for Powerade

In a new ad campaign that's not likely to see the light of day in
North America for a number of reasons, Powerade has decided that the
way to combat Gatorade and promote its sponsorship of British Rugby
Union is through women. Three stars of British Rugby Football Union
are posing nude in various rugby poses in print and poster ads. I'm
not much of a rugby fan so the names of the three stars are lost on
me, but for those of you who are, or who live in the UK, they are:
Paul Sackey, Steve Borthwick and Shane Williams.

Have you noticed how blacks seem to jaywalk. I mean sure given the
situation whites do to but blacks seem to do it in greater numbers.
And unlike most whites, blacks often don't wait for much of an opening
space in the road. Often the cars have to slow down for them. It's
like they want you to hit them so they can sue you.

As I said, "Anna" hates people in general -- what with all those
bodily functions and hormones and such -- but clearly some more than
others.

well Anna....you and i can keep our fingers crossed and hope that mr
Steal ....my beloved dick cheney party chairman will remain the great
black man that he appears to be without pimping his wife....stealing
the neighbors car...and trashing his front yard...and selling
dope....and all the many crimes they seem to commit to fill the
prisons and cost us lots of money..like 75 percent of the prison
pop...and only 27 percent of the pop...so those figures should be
ringing in our ears ...spoken by blacks to blacks and not whites to
blacks trying to get them to evolve to a higher level of social
standing.....and last but not least...i would appreciate that american
whites consider the friends of future presidents that they
choose....and not even ever consider voting for one that mingles with
a cop killer and terrorist and be seen in a church that has a pastor
that states openly...g...damn america....is that too much to ask of
the american white folks...jz

Mate, {we've established you're a bloke}, does looking at naked rugby
players have anything to do with being gay? Seriously, are you afraid to
look in case you 'catch' gayness?

I'm saying it's back, crack and sack.
Must be hell on a hot day, probably makes you squirm in your car seat so
you can't see people crossing the road properly. That's proof that all
right wing racists are gay.

Actually, I haven't. And I live in a pedestrian-heavy neighborhood.

I should notice. I do plenty of jaywalking myself, and I'm a 40-
something white dude.

Do you wash your mouth out when you use the word "truth"? Does it burn
your lips to form the word?

Then you must be gay! Or a rugby player of course...

*sigh*

You caught me. I'm a gay nude exhibitionist rugby player. When I play,
I go by the nickname Anna.

(Just don't tell the wife, okay? She thinks I'm a Jewish hetero porn
star.)

Well certainly it does depend on the situation where jaywalking is
more tolerable than others.

And, yeah, I know everyone does it. I did myself.

But I am talking about blacks seem to do it more frequently and in
places where it does create problems. Like where the car has to slow
down or where the car is stopped but the black just goes between the
cars (I am not taking about a place like a football stadium where
sometimes that's just expected I am talking about an ordinary road).

It's like I can flaunt the law, so what.

Whenever I did it it was in a case where it wasn't busy and I could
run across without a car slowing down. And depending on where I was I
felt guilty. But blacks feel no guilt. It could be either their lack
of respect for the law or them not really caring about their lives and
thinking if the car does harm then they could sue the driver despite
it not being the driver's fault.

Well, perhaps it's because they are perverts.

Frankly I don't like it how whenever a nude beach is having a problem
9 times out of 10 it's gay males causing it.

Apparently it's more tolerable when white people do it, right?

> And, yeah, I know everyone does it. I did myself.

You are quickly disassembling your point and supporting mine.

At any rate, all you have is selective anecdotal evidence and a clear
bias to jump to "certain" conclusions.

By the way, have you noticed what percentage of serial killers are
white men?
