What's happened to Tim Wilby
A
Can anyone tell me what has happened to Tim Wilby. One minute he is
billed as being the new messiah, sent to lead Hull out of the wilderness
and into the promised land, made chairman of both Hull City and Hull
Sharks, then five minutes later, if the rugby papers are correct, is
seen working in a bar in the Kings Cross area of Sydney, with David
Lloyd sending him a letter stating that he no longer has any claims in
either club. Did it have anything to do with his little set to in one
the bars at the Boulevard.
It's only curiousity on my part, but it would be interesting to know
while not much else is happening.

Yes, he has gone to Australia....well, been sent there actually. No, it
had nothing to do with the "nutting the fan" incident. It was more to
do with his private life. Without leaving myself open to a law case,
let's just say that his private life was such that one of the major
tabloids was going to run a big story on him. He was tipped off about
it, and fled. The paper never ran the story so it's not public
knowledge what he was accused of.

It wasn't his money anyway, it was Lloyd's. Tim Wilby spent a fortune
at the Boulevard, on himself. The initial 300,000 that was invested
paid for his lengthy stays at the Royal Station Hotel amongst other
"perks" he believed he was entitled to.

Bloody Hell, I must find more time to read papers. I nwever even knew he had
gone, never mind ended up in Oz.

in Sydney have in common with San Francisco, California ?
The answer to that should explain to you why Tim has chosen his current
location.
