Good plans for boat slings?

Can anyone point me towards a set of plans for sturdy, easy-to-build boat
stretchers/slings (for fours and eights) that a small club, operating on a
shoestring, can build for themselves?

Huh: this is the first time I've been near the newsgroups since about
Tuesday. Been red-lining twelve hours a day on a customer proposal;
urgh.

store in trailers.
