The best article on this topic that I've seen in quite a while.
It should be required reading for all cool (not even cold) water rowers.
It would be good if all the rowing NGBs were (with permission) to copy
it directly into their safety literature.
So many good points it's hard to know where to start: Why had I not
considered the potentially fatal consequences of even lifting your arms
or shouting to get attention?
