I'm not sure what database Concept II uses for the World Ranking, but
they exported the data into delimited text files (I don't recall the
exact delimiter, probably commas for the fields and CRs for the records).
Anyway, with a one line sed script, the delimiters were converted
into HTML table tags. The titles and footers were added manually.
