RowSafeUSA produced a pocket-sized rescue handbook this past year, printed with waterproof papers and inks. It assumes a knowledge of basic first aid and summarizes the critical points to remember in potentially life-threatening accidents.
It's free to anyone on this list who sends a self-addressed, stamped envelope and offers to critique it so it can improved next year. The Handbook measures 3" x 6" ((7.6 x 15.25cm) and weighs less than an ounce.
