My reading of this piece would indicate that they have simply released
the first tranche of such tickets and will presumably be releasing
others over the coming weeks/months.

Don't forget that the Chinese were claiming similar things before
Beijing, and the reality didn't quite bear this out, although any
similarity between the Kiwis' and the Chinese approach must surely be
coincidental.

PS. I'm hopefully going to be watching the racing from fairly close
proximity but I haven't had that confirmed yet!
