FISA hull design

I've been reading about the fisa hull design and as someone toying
with the idea of a single scull as a project went looking to see if i
can find it. Surprisingly for something that was intended to level the
playing field it wasn't as easy as i thought and can't see anything
anywhere. Is this just because it was only given to manufacturers and
not release to the public? would anyone be able to steer me in the
right direction?

Nice post. I am interested in this subject as well.
In my opinion the only way to learn this is to work in a boat building
company.

Why aren't more boats carved out of solid blocks of household
insulation foam? Preferably all the others I race against.

I suspect (since he's using cut down sweep oars to scull) that this
wasn't aimed at racing. Or is that being too obvious?
