Some were good some not. By now it would most likely be pretty shabby.
They were fast boats but had some longegevity issues.
I have had 2 Glyn Locke's in the past (the first second hand, the
second new) and now I have an Empacher
As Glyn Locke's are now no longer made it not easy to give a value but
I would of thought early '80's boats (I think Locke did not start
building boats until about 1980) would fetch in the UK between £500 &
£1,000 dependent on condition.
As to feel, they are a very forgiving boat which in rougher conditions
tend to cut through waves as opposed to 'bouncing' over them.
If the hull is in good condition, the state room and areas under the
canvasses are wood construction and therefore if you have the skills
(or know someone who has) it is not so difficult to repair and/or
refurbish
