The BIAC club this weekend is having a head race. Following the head race,
this year's organizer set up a series of "challenge races", various club
members
and coaches will boat up and race each other, they'll all have financial
backers
who will "bet" on the outcome, loser's money donated to the program.

Fun races, two women coaches in a double against two men in a pair,
a K4 vs a master's 4+, a couple series of singles races. I think they're
going short sprints, 500m. I won't be there, got other plans.
BIAC is a diverse club, lots of different levels of rowing and paddling,
no elite rowing currently, but fantastic community access.
I like the idea!!
