I've recently acquired an Arne Hasle 1x, and after taking it out for a
quick test scull some parts feel like they need replacing. I'm
especially looking at the footplate (wooden, a bit shot, and with
nasty clog-type shoes), the gates and the runners. Unfortunately, they
aren't standard and apparently aren't made any more. Does anyone know
which parts could be replaced with standard ones of the sort you'd put
on a Janousek? I think the footplate probably can be (tracks look
standard), the gates maybe with a bit of work, and the runners almost
certainly not.

Alternatively, does anyone have any Arne Hasle spares lying around
that you'd be willing to sell me? I could pick them up from London,
Cambridge (UK), Boston (MA) or Craftsbury, VT, or pay for postage.
Thanks,
Alex

We have a fleet of six Hasle boats that we plan to retire soon. The time
depends on how quick we can raise the funds for the new fleet.
They are located north of Hamburg, Germany.

What are the shoes like in those boats? I would definitely be
interested in some gates/runners if you have any...
