Well, I'll be the first to admit, I've never been all that fond of WCW.
I have always preferred the WWF, but, something told me to order BATB
tonight, and so I did....hoping that Hogan would be the 3rd man. When
they first started the PPV, I kept telling my brother - "They're going to
rip me off!".

However, I now feel differently. First, Bischoff has done the impossible,
pull of two good PPV's...one right after the other. Secondly, they did
the right thing by turning Hogan heel. I am a big WWF fan, but to put
it bluntly, screw RAW tomorrow night. I have to see Nitro! WCW has won
a new fan! :)

By the way, did anyone besides me think that the reason Bischoff was
"missing" was because he was in the back negotiating with Hogan about
turning heel? It was just something that crossed my mind.

Great job Bischoff! (I still can't stand him though)

After the GREAT AMERICAN BASH, I was wondering just how they were gonna top it!!!! THEY DID!!!!!!!!!

Hogan's interview was CLASSIC BAD-ASS!!!!! I marked to the extreme when he entered the ring, leg-dropped Savage, and raised the
hands of Hall and Nash in unity!!! And he was correct on many levels during his interview:

a. Hogan DID make the WWF what it is today. It may have been a strong marketing strategy by McMahon, but Hogan carried the
banner of Hulkamania for a long time and brought a new rise in the popularity of pro wrestling.

b. Hogan WAS the WWF!!!! In fact, he became LARGER than the organization itself.

c. If it weren't for Hogan (with due respect to Flair) and the way the WWF set up its wresting programs (televised and live),
the arenas would not be as full as they are today.

And ... I, too, can't wait for NITRO to hear the reactions from the commentators, the other wrestlers (especially Sting and
Savage), and anyone else who wants to put in their two cents. And, if I'm not mistaken, the Luger heel turn may be teased
(remember the accidental knockout by Sting last night?) tonight.

Sounds pausible to me!!!! But, he'll probably be listed as "held hostage" by the Outsiders or somethin'!!!!
