What will happen to wrestling when Vince McMahon dies?

wrestling disappear completely once Vince McMahon dies?
Can upstart second-rate promotion "TNA" fill the void that will be left
once the WWF dissolves? Could Paul Heyman or Eric Bischoff keep the
legacy of wrestling alive, much less Vince McMahon's pampered kids?
Will wrestling be forced to return to its roots in territories, or will
UFC/bodybuilding replace wrestling?

Regardless of the fate of Vince and the WWE, pro wrestling will NEVER
die. Was at an übersmall venue and saw 62-year-old Jimmy "Superfly"
Snuka performing to the absolute delight of the crowd in an NCW event.
My brothers and I had front row seats. Just a great time.

he does....but they are more back stage people. He hired Bishoff as a
business reason, they do not get on on a personal level.
The only man who could keep WWE at it's peak and make it better is a true
wrestling fan and expert like Jim Ross but i doubt he'd get much of a run as
him and vince have had too many run ins.
I think Shane and Steph will get the company once Vince dies (although i
dont think he legally is the owner...isn't it his wife?) and they'll
probably put themselves on screen more while having people who currently
work backstage like JR, Slaughter, Patterson and the ones we dont get to see
be the main guys.
I do with UFC would get bigger as it's great....why anyone watches boxing
when you have sports like UFC is beyond me.

He does, but he himself holds many job responsibilities that no other
one person will be able to hold by themself. WWF after McMahon will be

Snuka, Billy Graham... these are like the rings Sauron made in Lord of
the Rings. After Sauron died the rings were powerful because he had
imbued them with a bit of his own essence. But what happens when the
last stars McMahon created leave wrestling or die?
Eric Bischoff created one star wrestler, but required several other
McMahon-created wrestlers to do that. Paul Heyman and ECW never created
a star. Cornette and OVW have never created a star. The Jarretts and TNA
never created a star. The only one who has ever created wrestling stars
is McMahon, and he has lost that ability in his old age. "Cena" is not
The Rock or Stone Cold. Nobody will be interested in Cena's biography in
30 years, or his life and times. He has a white rapper gimmick and was
recruited from a reality TV show. Come on.

like Cena is getting the push for no reason. Losing Eddie Guerrero was
a big blow to WWE, they still don't have a wrestler who could fill his
void. You've got wrestlers with no personality like Chris Master, his
mic skills sucks.
What WWE need (if Vince dies) are professional writers who would do the
booking. What killed WCW was having hacks like Nash booking matches.
Maybe they should start thinking about bringing back Goldberg and
Lesner.

excitement that my generation found in Andre the Giant and Ivan Putski
is evident in today's elementary school students with regard to John
