The “child support payments” part is redundant.
John Henry DeJong owes thousands.
Full stop.
And every single person who has ever attempted to assist him with money or
compassion, has invariably been blamed and threatened with legal action for
not giving enough for long enough. God help you if you’re ever naive enough
to think he might actually meet any offer of discounted rent, utilities or
kindness by meeting the terms of such generosity.
The man knows only how to take and how to blame.
There is not one ounce of gratitude or responsibility in his feeble body…

whining about the actions of a couple family in his formative years - and
how they set him on an irreparable path towards a life of mooching and
