The deal with Hogan was started when he used the name "Incredible" Hulk
Hogan...obviously some infringement there, but no one remembers that.
I'm sure that has something to do with them allowing Hogan to use 'Hulk' again.
A deal of sorts?
"The Dead Pool" was also the title of a Dirty Harry movie. Maybe Clint Easwood
got on WCW's case...
Well, there was a Paul Newman movie by the name "The Dead
Pool" twenty years ago. I can't believe WCW would back down when they
don't even spell it as one word, like Marvel.

How is that?! The Marvel character's name was Deadpool and the WCW ggroup is
called "The Dead Pool". Semantics like that don't fly in a court of law.
Marvel had a case with Hulk Hogan because there could be no mistaking where
he got the name from. The "Dead Pool" situation is something else entirely,
and the case is winnable if they fight it.
Matt Black-World Television Kitten Punching Champion. Keep an eye out
for him at The Godfather's upcoming pay-per-view entitled "Bitch Betta
Have My Money"
That was The Drowning Pool.
