I would think it's the number of camera's available and someone in
the Control Trailer that is SHARP and can switch to the best camera
angle and catch it Tape.

This is the Director's realm and it's an Art (naturally this can be
impeded by not enough cameramen) and then there is the hassle of the
final Edit and let's face it, the WCW airs about five hours per week.
With the "financial Crunch" this Promotion is in, well it's related to
dollars and sense.

Vince can afford the overtime buck$, while Ted has other areas that
need attention (WTBS/CNN/HLN), so the WCW is the "low man on the totem
pole", Corporately speaking.

In today's San Jose Mercury News, it was announced that Willi Rutkowsky
died Feb. 17 in his home at 69. He started wrestling after WW2, and was
given his first push in France as Johnny Stein. He is noted to have
"kissed Andre the Giant", and wrestled Pat Patterson.

He is survived by his wife Paula. Donations may be made to the American
Heart Association.

Is anyone making a listing of wrestlers who have died?
It might not be a bad idea to have an obituary listing
giving the wrestler ring name(s), real name, date of
birth, date of death, and cause of death. This could
be added to the end of the big FAQ or kept as a separate
file.

Any takers?
