WWF INTERNATIONAL INCIDENT
Main Event
Shawn Micheals, Ahmed Johnson & "Psycho" Sid Justice vs.
"British Bulldog" Davey Boy Smith, Owen Hart & Vader w/Jim Cornette
I think that Shawn and Cie will win this one. But, I also think this
match could lead to few SummerSlam 1996 matches. Davey Boy will get a
taste of his own medecine against Ahmed in the match (remerber RAW) and
there will be a good showdown between Sid Justice & Vader. This will be
and interesting match. As for the SummerSlam follow-up : Davey vs. Ahmed
and Vader vs. Sid.
Non Tittle Match
The Smoking Gunns w/Sunny vs.
The Body Donnas w/Cloudy
I think it will finish in a double something (DQ, count-out). The match
will be like the one they had at Royal Rumble 1996, wich wasn't so bad.
Also, I feel that Sunny and Cloudy will do some animation outside the
ring. They could lead to that double something. There could be a rematch
on RAW or even at SummerSlam 1996.
Special Attraction
The Undertaker w/Paul Bearer vs.
Goldust w/Marlena
I think that Goldust will win this one, maybe because of Mankind and Paul
Bearer (if he continue his heel turn). This won't be great (like many
other matches Goldust is in). This could lead to a SummerSlam match
between Undertaker and Mankind.

Jake "The Snake" Roberts vs.
Mankind
You'll have to be named Hulk to think Roberts even could win this one.
Mankind is clearly the best WWF wrestler at that time and he is really
on a roll. I hope he win the WWF tittle soon!

"Stone Cold" Steve Austin vs.
"Wild Man" Marc Mero w/Sable
Same match as the one in King Of The Ring. Same result. Will lead to a
SummerSlam match between Austin and Shawn Micheals as the main event.

Did anyone out there know what is the real name and other personas of
the new WWF wrestler "GOON".

Mankind is the best wrestler? Sorry, I like him too, but even Undertaker
can out technique the Deranged one. He is real good at chair shots
though:) btw, Vader is the Next World Champ, I gurunntee it!!
Josh "sid" Sager
Chokeslam, powerbomb, pin is better than three punches, bodyslam, legdrop
pin anyday :)

I'd think Vader would get the pin over Michaels in some twisted ending
in this match. Vader vs. Shawn Michaels was announced as the Summerslam
Main Event, Ahmed will face Owen, and Sid will face Davey.

I see the Donnas winning this one. The Gunns will lose the titles at
the four way match at Summerslam, and then break up.

Not likely. The SummerSlam card has Michaels vs Vader; Hart vs
Johnson; & Sid (replacing the Warrior) vs the Bulldog, and will NOT
likely change (unless McMahon is smart and does something REALLY nice
here...

Again, NOT likely. The WHOLE point of no title matches is for Vince
to push someone to title contention and to show heel champions are
beatable, but usually only in non-title matches (i.e. Shawn
Michaels/Tatanka, Jarrett/Montoya, etc.). Expect to see the Donnas
victorious, but the title match they get (if they do get one) will be
dropped to the Gunns. Expected at SummerSlam is the New Rockers as tag
champions, but I'd ONLY be happy about this if McMahon would have NR
drop the "Dork" gimmick....

This one you're fairly close on.

Not likely. Roberts will probably get Mankind in the DDT. I expect a
Lawler run in somewhere (they've been building a Lawler/Roberts Match
since Royal Rumble, BTW)... possibley a screw job ending.... I WANT
Mankind to win convincingly, but I have a feeling what I WANT won't
happen....

Austin WILL _NOT_ face Michaels. Austin one of the TWO KotR who will
NOT gain a shot at the World Champion at SummerSlam, which surprises
me. That's why I was suprised when SummerSlam had Vader against
Michaels and Vader didn't win the KotR. Owen Hart BEGAN the Two Year
Tradition, and King Mabel ended it. Oh well... I would expect Austin
to job to Michaels anyway :-(.... he has on house shows...

Originally the consensis was the Goon would by Alex Porteau, who is
wrestling under his real name (THANK GOD!! Vince, if you push this guy
right slowly and right, he COULD be one of your top stars!!!)... and
I'm glad to see it. Porteau definately is an awesome amateur wrestler
and his match with Horowitz has been one of the best EVER on WWF
Superstars (IMHO, BTW). Goon is apparently, "Wild" Bill Irwin, since
he has been the ONLY one of the new stars NOT to debut yet.....

Goon is Wild Bill Irwin.
It is an example of how far the whiff has fallen that Irwin is has a job
in the company. He was a mid card (or worse) guy in the AWA and Indy's.
His best days were '85 or so.

Excellent match indeed. A bit too short, though.

He had some decent matches as a mid-level guy for NWA/WCW around the
turn of the decade... I don't see why he can't do the same for the
WWF.

Porteau is the only wrestler to get a good gimmick(no gimmick).
