Dave Meltzer reported that Austin not only had no problem jobbing the title
to HHH, but had agreed to do so. Given the choice between rumors and
Meltzer, I'll believe Meltzer.

SummerSlam if he was gonna win it the night after??? I guess Austin strikes
again... In the end Austin loses the belt and HHH wins the belt... Pretty good
scheme...

It's Vince's way of thanking Mic for coming back from knee surgery early
to help the buyrate and make sure the match didn't totatlly suck.

Would you pay money to watch HHH win the championship?

We all know that WWF keeps up on internet rumors, speculation, and
predictions. Everyone was saying all along that HHH would win. It was
there way of saying gotcha. I'll admit I, and everyone else in the room was
surprised as hell when Mick won. However, 3 seconds later, it was agreed
that he would lose it tonight. They should have waited till smackdown.
People might actually have bought the replay, but why watch it to see
mankind win, if he's just going to lose it the next day.
