(fantasy) ECW gets a dose of nightmare justice

Scenario: We are at ECW Arena in Philadelphia. Taz is the ECW champ. Rob Van
Dam is the TV champ. Sid is running
amuck with ex-ref Judge Jeff Jones managing him, trying to be the second
coming of Bill Alfonso. The Dudleys are
ruining things for everyone else, while Mr. Mustafa (Saed) is paying them
big bucks.
Mustafa is in a meeting with the Dudleys, and shows them a picture of the
vigilante known as Manhunter, who's left a trail
of battered bodies in WCW & WWF. "He's coming here, at the request of Tommy
Dreamer", Mustafa says. "We have to take
him out ASAP!"
Scene: Sid is disrupting a match between Little Guido & Super Nova. "Welcome
to the Jungle" blares, but it doesn't bring the Steiners
or even Bam Bam Bigelow out. It instead brings out Manhunter, scheduled for
a match v. Sid later. Manhunter comes out alone, what with
his sidekick Lady J nursing a leg injury sustained at a WWF taping at the
hands of PMS. Judge Jeff holds Sid back and they leave. Manhunter
grabs the mic.
"Yo, Philadellllllllllllllllphiaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!" (huge face pop)
"Word on the street is that the Tie-Dye family, the Dudleys, have been
making like mercenaries and knocking people out of commission. Well, the
message I have for those missing-link Phisheads is this. Sid aside, you
losers are on Big Brother's hit list, and you're all going down, starting
with
D-Von. And don't think I don't know about your involvement, Mustafa Saed.
Your ass is mine, too!"
Main event has Sid v. Manhunter. Not much of a match. Dudleys get involved,
enabling Sid to get an advantage, but Manhunter counters, pulling out
the retractable bo staff from his bandolier. LJ usually carries the staff,
but Manhunter is fighting alone, and is pretty handy with it, anyway. Sweeps
Sid off and
keeps him off balance, then puts him down with the mindbomb (Scorpion Death
Drop). D-Von jumps in to break the count, and Judge Jeff & Joel Gertner
take turns distracting the ref. Bad move. Sid is knocked from the ring
accidentally by Buh-Buh, who gets a power kick (kick of fear) for his
trouble. Manhunter
then nails D-Von with the nightmare plunge and lays him out. Big Dick is
coming in, but Sid cuts him off. Manhunter gets rid of Mustafa with a
Plunge, then drops
Gertner with the mindbomb. Sid tries the cobra clutch sleeper while
Manhunter is distracted by Judge Jeff, but Manhunter converts it into a
Stunner. Out goes Jones,
and Manhunter finishes Sid with a nightmare plunge, then escapes before the
Dudleys can renew their attack.
Fallout: Judge Jeff & Sid become faces fighting the Dudleys. Manhunter is
challenged by the physically unskilled Gertner and gets squashed in 2:00 at
the next house
show. Waiting in the wings is Terry Funk. Don't think that the Nightmare
Master has forgotten the Funker, 'cause he hasn't.
