Situation: The Ministry has "sacrificed" Ryan Shamrock, sending a message to
Vince McMahon that the Undertaker still desire's Stephanie. But suppose
'Taker
doesn't stop with Ryan? What if he goes after the other women (remember he
nearly
chokeslammed Sable last week)of the WWF?
The setting: on Heat, Sable calls a meeting of the women. She believes the
Undertaker
may claim them all if Vince doesn't cave in and give up his daughter. She
also believes
that no one is safe from the MoD. After the meeting, Tori walks down the
hall to Manhunter's
dressing room. Manhunter answers the door and lets Tori in. She briefs him
on the meeting.
Manhunter believes that Sable's right, but he also knows McMahon would
rather risk innocent
blood than family. Manhunter instructs Tori to stay in his room, as he has a
match coming up.
He locks the door and leaves.
Manhunter is out for a match against Val Venis. Match goes 3:00 before the
Ministry comes out to
disrupt the bout. However, Manhunter was prepared for this occasion. He
pulls out his headset mic,
which was wrapped around a ringpost, puts it on, and speaks into the mic. He
then snaps his fingers
to pull the lights back on, which cuts off the Ministry's advance. Val
doesn't know what to do. Undertaker
states that there will be another sacrifice tonight, and there will be one
every night until Stephanie is
delivered to him. Nothing Vince can do can stop the MoD.
Manhunter: "Maybe, but you've got something else to worry about!" (snaps his
fingers again)
cue the breaking glass
Stone Cold Steve Austin & the Big Show are out, followed by the Oddities,
NAO, & X-Pac. Austin talks the talk,
as usual. Wight challenges Undertaker for Raw.
Undertaker: "And how do you propose to protect the women?"
Manhunter: "You'd really like to know, wouldn't you?"
TV main has the Acolytes against the Outlaws. Mr. Ass pins Faarooq, then the
lights go out as the Brood attacks.
Backstage, Wight, Silva, & Kurrgan are with the ladies. It looks like a
bloodbath is on the way, but.....
cue the breaking glass
Austin & Manhunter are back as the lights suddenly flash on again before the
bloodbath can be completed. Stunners for
Edge & Christian, Nightmare Plunge for Gangrel.
Manhunter: "You wanted to start a war, Undertaker? Brother, you got it!!"
Next night on Raw, Owen Hart & Jeff Jarrett are out for a tag title rematch
v. X-Pac & Kane. Debra is tentative as the
match starts, unsure of Kane. JJ assures her everything's fine. 4:00 in, the
lights go out, and the ministry is out. The
two teams join forces, but the numbers are too strong, even for Kane. In
desperation, the big red machine clangs his wrists
together and shoots up a flare toward the ceiling.
cue the breaking glass
Here come the Rover Boys (Austin & Manhunter), this time riding a flatbed
(think of the variety Mankind used on the Rock).
The ministry leaves, and the announcers notice a female Blue Blazer (Tori's
new alter ego) riding with the Hunter & the
Rattlesnake.
Raw main has Blazer & Manhunter in a mixed tag v. Chyna & H3. Match seesaws
back & forth until with 2:00 left in the show, the
ministry returns. Manhunter hears something in his headset (which he didn't
take off this time due to H3 attacking before the
bell), and gives Blazer a signal. The match stops as Undertaker has another
woman wrapped in a body bag & druid's hood about to
be crucified. The four combatants rush the stage, soon joined by Austin, Big
Show, & the Oddities. Kane returns and frees the
victim, and this time it IS Stephanie. Ryan tries to stop Kane, but Kurrgan
hits the Paralyzer (Brain claw) on Ryan and carries
her off. Kane takes Stephanie & leaves. Manhunter points toward the
Undertaker symbol, and it suddenly implodes. (turns out the
vigilante carried a minilaser under his jacket, small enough to be concealed
in his hand. Undertaker & the Brood advance toward
the Hunter, but a snap of his fingers brings a bucket of "holy water" down
from the rafters. Enough said.
The payoff: at Summerslam, Undertaker has Manhunter in a Hell in a Cell
match. If the 'Taker wins, he gets Stephanie and the company.
If Manhunter wins, the ministry breaks up. Bruce Pritchard (formerly Brother
Love) is assigned as the
special ref. Manhunter destroys Undertaker in 5:11. Paul Bearer, trapped in
the cage, makes the mistake of putting a table in the ring.
'Taker misses a corner charge, and Manhunter converts it into a nuclear
spike power bomb. Manhunter sets up the table as Blazer watches.
Manhunter sits on the top 'buckle, and pulls Undertaker to him.
Unbelievably, he hits a Nightmare Plunge off the top and through the table,
pinning Undertaker. JR goes batty calling it. The bout's over, and Manhunter
snaps his fingers, which makes the cage rise. The predictable
celebration follows.
Next night on Raw, Vince makes it official. He's retiring, and leaving the
corp. in Shane's hands. Shane, in turn, dissolves Team Corporate,
and everything's back to normal. We hope.

AntiHero9 is a jabrone. Manhunter is a character I've created as a
pseudo-living illustration of what my booking for the big 2 should
be like. If you can't tell from the header, it's a fantasy that would'nt
fly in the pro-wrestling-fantasy ng, and I know it. If you can't deal with

Batman, Doc Savage, & Da Fonz (explains the finger snapping that opens
cages,

the technical skills of Bret Hart, the cunning & intensity of Stone Cold

Austin, the power of Mark Henry, the charm of Ric Flair, and much more.
