Conservative ICON Beck: If Americans are 'So Dead Inside' That They Re-Elect Obama

Then 'We Have to be Destroyed'

http://youtu.be/Yje_8T8s7yw

Glenn Beck said that America is on the verge of reaping God's wrath
and declared that if the American people are "so dead inside that they
can no longer see the difference between good and evil" and re-elect a
demagogue like President Obama, then "we have to be destroyed because
we will be a remarkable evil on this planet":

If you look at history through a biblical world view, the last step
before a nation is completely destroyed is they drive the righteous
from among them. If this isn't a sign of a group of people that will
drive the righteous from among them, and that's the last step before
God's wrath comes, I fear for our country and it is - it cannot be
overstated, it cannot be called paranoid ... If you are a God-fearing
person, hear me. Last call, America. Last call. Because the righteous
will be driven from among them.

They are nasty, divisive and, I'm sorry, but there is no way to
describe that quote from Valerie Jarrett other than evil. Warning:
Saul Alinsky is just the beginning of these people.

But I believe in the American people. I believe that we are not too
far gone. I believe that people can watch and see the difference. They
can feel the difference. When you watch Barack Obama, you can just see
he is angry. When you watch Mitt Romney, you can see he is not. We are
not an angry nation. We don't listen to demagogues like that. It
doesn't work. No matter how much power he has amassed, no matter how
many friends in the media he has, Americans know. And if they reject
it this time, if they're so dead inside - that's a possibility - if
they're so dead inside that they can no longer see the difference
between good and evil, we have to be destroyed because we will be a
remarkable evil on this planet.

Thats pushing it to far, is it not more common sense that if a Religious
reference manual says it is the word of god, then it is. Dosen't that make
sense?

If a guy translated his religion's sacred scrolls by putting a rock in a hat and then supposedly translated those said scrolls by sticking his head into the hat, well, that even defies the litmus test for common sense.

From your response to the post, what he is saying is way, way beyond you. The existentialism and metaphysical nature of his post seems to be beyond your grasp.

A.) Moses had the two stone tablets originally written by God Himself, but he threw them down and destroyed them due to the people's rebellion. Later, We know exactly what was written on the first set of tablets because in Exodus 34:1 the Lord said to Moses; Cut two tables of stone like the first; and I will write upon the tables the words that were on the first tables, which you broke. So that the second set of tablets contained exactly the same words as the first set of tablets. These tablets were then placed in the Ark of the Covenant for safe keeping. Not sure what you were getting at regarding Noah or Jonah. Tradition has it that Moses wrote the first five books of the Bible )Pentateuch).

The Jewish religion is over 3,000 years old. There are lots of relics that are lost. What do you expect? That's where it is. It doesn't say that nobody else saw the tablets, either.

If the Bible is all the 'evidence' there is of Christianity, then there's
really no reason for anyone to believe in it at all. But I'm going to guess
that Janis has had a 'personal experience' that leads him to keep believing.
I invite him to tell us all about it.
