I mean some scene that was so gruesome it made you puke up your popcorn and

Not a movie, but that episode of Malcolm in the Middle where the kid tried
to eat 100 peeps and was puking them up in the process with goo all over his
face was the most disgusting thing in the history of television.

Where The Red Fern Grows, same with the novel it's based on. Some guy trips

Scanners (the 1st movie). The scene at the end where veins were poppin' and
blood was flowin' did it for me.
