JOHN HENRY DEJONG sits on his ass all day while the lady he's mooching
from with a terminal diagnosis is out working. Yet he wants to tell
everyone what a victim he is. Send money. JOHN HENRY DEJONG wants to
make content but he can't while he's suffering and sitting on his ass
crookedly.

"I have been in outrageous pain for the last few days, I'm really sorry.
Screwed my back up somehow - probably sitting in this chair all the
time - and haven't done much for the last couple of days. Fighting with
some internal stuff too, mostly frustration that stupid Aldean video
took so long and I haven't got the shorts done on it yet but I'm gonna
try and knock those out today. It just hurts like hell, sitting here
typing. Or doing pretty much anything else including eating and
sleeping."

I'm glad he didn't actually mention something like working to pay bills
at an an actual job.

"The offending chair. It's a little hard to make out in this picture but
if you look at the way the top of that cushion aligns with the counter
you can see that the whole thing is tilted maybe 5° to your left, that's
how the chair sits. You can see at the bottom where the cushions come
together also, on the same side, everything looks sloppy and loose on
that side because it is. Well it's not loose it's bent the actual shaft
of the chair that it sits on is bent. Everything is an inch and a half
lower on (my) right. It's way more obvious in 3D. But yeah I'm pretty
sure sitting in that all day is a big part of why my back is screwed up,
that's why I've mentioned it several times as I've been talking about
fundraising as being high on the priority list. People think something
like a desk chair is probably pretty petty, but when you're spending 12
hours a day in it, it matters a lot."

12 hours a day on his ass? I think the chair finally had enough of that
lazy fuck. How hard is it to shim the one side with a few washers?

"My roommate has an desk chair she was going to toss out that I'm going
to try as a temporary replacement. Unfortunately, it has no arms, which
is just not suitable for someone who spends 12-16 hours a day at the
keyboard. But the problem with the old chair is it's literally bent out
of shape to one side - whether because of my big butt sitting in it with
bad posture or it was damaged in a move, it's hard to say - so this
might provide sufficient relief to at least let me work, raise some
money, get these bills paid, and get a new chair. Long-term it'll be
the same problem; without arm support all the weight of my arms ends up
bearing down on my shoulders and elbows. But this may be a suitable
temporary solution."

That's funny, none of my desk chairs have arms and I don't have a
problem. I guess it's too much trouble to get up and walk around.
