Whoa! Norm/Makhan Singh and Bastion Booger are one and the same? Does
anyone know if this is true? I've never heard anyone mention who Booger
was before.

: It seems as if this guy is the butt of many jokes around here. Who is he?
: Where did he wrestle? Is he still around? Sorry for my ignorance, but with
: all the jokes, I had to ask.
After Jim Hellwig had a fatal heart attack from taking too many steroids,
DiSalvo worked as Ultimate Warrior from WrestleMania VIII, and left before
Survivor Series VI. That's why Warrior looked different at WM8 than before.

I recall Ultimate Warrior doing a Slim Jim commercial once. The first time
that I saw it I felt that it wasn't Hellwig. Could it have been DiSalvo?

Good God - somebody answered a Steve DiSalvo question with actual
info! There may be hope for this newsgroup yet.:)

It's bullshit. The whole "Steve DiSalvo was the Ultimate Warrior" bit
is a bad joke that's been long past being funny for over a year now.

You know, seeing Savage without his shirt on this weekend convinced me
that he is really Steve DiSalvo and the real Savage must be vacationing
somewhere. <G>

People who write stuff like this to RSPW are doing a far worse disservice
to the newsgroup than the Ken Goslins of this world are. At least no one
takes Ken Goslin seriously. Unfortunately, there are a few people left
who will not only believe crap like this, but they'll repeat it (and have
for years).
Jim Hellwig is alive and well. He is the ONLY Ultimate Warrior
(perhaps except for a one month or so spell depending on whom you
believe.) He testified at the trial last summer when Titan and Vince were
under the steroid scrutiny. He did not die.
Glen Ryan: If you honestly believed what you wrote, then I'm sorry, but
you've been grossly misinformed. If you wrote it as a joke, then you have
my pity. No one on here considers it funny anymore.
To answer the original question, Steve DiSalvo is the net.joke. The full
chronile of the joke should be able to be found in the "Welcome to RSPW
message" or the RSPW FAQ. In short, when all the "Ultimate Warrior has
died" rumours started flying years ago, someone said it was Steve DiSalvo
(a jobber in Calgary). After that, everything became Steve DiSalvo. So...
if you see Steve DiSalvo mentioned on here in any context, be assured
that whatever the message says is a joke.

Minor correction: Steve Disalvo wasn't a jobber, he was a fairly
major figure in Stampede.
