Don't worry about the world ending today, it's already tomorrow in Australia.

Don't forget that classicly bad sexual assault scene in the men's
bathroom... "teeny weeny wanger"... I nearly died
laughing...christ..this film is just so bad, it's good. So many
mistakes, such horrible acting, such blatant disregard for just about
anything you can think of...definitely one of the worst
wrestling-related films ever made and before "Mr. Nanny" and "Santa With
Muscles" came along the worst Hogan film to boot...hard to believe he
topped this one with "Santa With Muscles" on the Suck-O-Meter(tm).
The movie bombs when you realize what Vince McMahon tried to do with the
movie in his wrestling angles. If Tiny Lester had never fueded with Hogan in
the "real life of Professional wrestling", No Holds Barred might be
remembered as a better movie.
Then again the plot can be confusing until you watch it 33 times (Like I
did when I was 12). You have a evil dude (Brell) trying to get Hogan (RIP
[not Hawk]) to sign with his wrestling federation because Brell knows RIP
sells. The problem is this movie features that "wrestling is
real"/"wrestling is fake"/"I'll show you real wrestling" type of movie.
The early scenes with Brell saying "RIP sells" traces back to the
reality of Professional Wrestling -- but the rest of the movie has the
"Wrestling is real" feel. While I like this movie, I can't help but quote
Vince McMahon from October 1997 -- "I can't believe I let Hogan talk me into
putting money in that?" -- In response to Hogan's new movie about being a
Navy Seal.
I still thought it was a okay movie. As for his other movies. Shepp
Ramsey wasn't that bad. . . . . but I never watch that damn movie again.

I didn't know Hogan was the star in Rocky III. On the light side I know
what you meant.
