Allegedly. Try and keep up.

ALLEGEDLY?
Is ALLEGEDLY PROOF of guilt?
I took law courses in '98-99 studying to be a Paralegal (though I never
did). We were taught by attorneys. I STILL remember what one of our
attorney\professors told us one night: "it's not a crime unless a cop sees
you doing it". ALLEGEDLY means NOTHING until a crime is determined in a
court of law (unless, of course, 'a cop sees you doing it'). This goes for
Republicans accused as WELL as LIEbs. The women accusing Roy Moore will
have their day in court should they decide to pursue action against him (the
LIEbs. like FORMER Sen. Stuart Smiley, of course, will be totally exonerated
of all wrongdoing by LIEb. courts and judges).
Remember the Duke lacrosse players? THEY were tried and convicted in the
Court of Public Opinion by a young woman of sexual misconduct, and it
destroyed their lives.
Then it turned out she was LYING.
Remember that Rolling Stone article (I forget the details) where a woman
accused a dude of sexual harassment? It was all over the news for FOREVER.
The guy's life was destroyed.
Then it turned out she was lying, and Rolling Stone had not fact-checked,
they had just taken her at her word.
Same thing with all the Michael Jackson child stuff; it was ALL Fake News,
generated by money-grubbers who wanted to get a piece of Michaels cash
(hell, the father of his first accuser actually ADMITTED ON TAPE that he was
just out to rook Michael out of a few millions).
So ALLEGEDLY means JACK SH*T (except in the Court of Public Opinion. Or
when a CONSERVATIVE is accused). ANY ONE can yell, "I WAS SEXUALLY
HARASSED!!!". Doesn't mean it actually HAPPENED.
