Is it my imagination, or is the WWF running dangerously short on heels?
With Ramon and Luge both doing the Face-Turn thing, and the introduction
of the 1-2-3 Kid (please let them dump that name) as a semi-major player,
what real heels do they have left? Shawn Michels is currently the only
heel left worth watching (as far as I can remember). Then you've got
Bam-Bam Bigelow, Yokozuna, Jerry Lawler (oh how exciting), Doink(s),
and possibly Adam Bomb (who I have only seen once). Put in Money Inc.
and the Headshrunkers being the only real heel teams left, and you seem
to have a large unbalance in favor of the Faces.
Are there any new heel teams or singles on their ways to the WWF? I
don't think that Summer Slum will be all that exciting unless they get
some and give them a real push real quick.

Just my humble thoughts.

Yes, it's your imagination. You forgot Giant Gonzalez, as well as Mr.
Hughes. And like everyone else who's been talking about this, you also
forgot that they still have Papa Shango, Beau and Blake Beverly, Damien
Demento, Jim Duggan and also Bastion Booger. Not exactly an all-star cast,
but these glorified jobbers weren't mentioned while all the face glorified
jobbers like Virgil, Owen Hart, Santana, and Kamala were.

Currently, if you don't include Hogan (apparently gone), Beefcake (also
apparently gone), the Bushwackers (who rarely work) and Typhoon (injured),
the WWF is carrying 21 faces and 17 heels (that's including M.O.M. who haven't
even been on a TV show yet), not exactly as top-heavy for the faces as you may
have thought, although as far as being currently pushed goes, about 50% on
both sides is dead weight.

Slackjaw Dim is now a heel? When did it happen? Maybe he'll be more
entertaining this way. I never did trust him once he started palling
around with that traitor, Sgt. Slaughter...

Yes, Tom, you cought me in a flub. I meant to list Jim Duggan in with
the glorified jobber *faces* and instead dropped him in with the heels. My
mistake on that one.
