PWI WMIX predictions...

For those of you who care...

By the time this gets posted to the whole net, WrestleMania will be history,
but I thought it might be interesting to post PWI Weekly's picks for
WMIX:

Giant Gonzales vs Undertaker: This battle of giants began at the Rumble...
[junk deleted]...But Gonzales, the former El Gigante, is a much-improved
wrestler and should be setting his sights on the World title. Undertaker comes
into this match off recent wins over Yokozuna and Skinner. This should be
a fascinating match. Prediction: Gonzales.

Bob Backlund vs. Hrazor Hramon: There couldn't be two more opposite wrestlers:
Backlund, the no-nonsense, modest former World champion, relies on science and
smarts. Ramon, the egotistical master of machismo, relies on power. If Back-
lund is serious about regaining the World title, he needs to beat Ramon. If
Ramon is serious about becoming champion, he needs to beat Backlund. Backlund
is more focused, and can counter any move Ramon throws at him. Prediction:
Bob Backlund.

Crush vs. Doink: [junk deleted] Crush, bent on revenge, is the hotter wrestler
, and the hot wrestler usually wins at 'Mania . Prediction: Crush.

Steiners vs HeadShrinkers: [blatant kissing up to Rick and Scott deleted].
Prediction: Steiners.

Curt Henning vs. Lex Luger: A "Match of the Year" candidate, on the undercard!
[barf! Rest deleted]. Luger's a bit rusty, Hennig is wrestling very well.
Prediction: Hennig.

Shawn Michaels vs. T-t-t-t-t-t-t-tanka: [recap of feud deleted]...Michaels,
however, is crafty and talented. When the title is on the line, he finds a way
to hold on. Prediction: T-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-tanka by DQ.

Money, Ltd. vs. MegaManiacs: [blatant kissing up to the Bulkster deleted]...The
question isn't whether the MegaManiacs will win the match, it's whether they'll
win the titles. Prediction: MegaManiacs by DQ.

Bret Hart vs. YokoKokina: [intro deleted]...Hart is the superior all-around
wrestler. Yokozuna is just big and he's no longer invincible. Prediction:
Hart.

So as you can see, PWI doesn't have a clue on about half the matches, which
is normal for them. I just thought it would be interesting to compare what
the "experts" think to what really happens Sunday. Look for PWI to go about
.500, which is what they always do. L8tr.
