-- Triple H has some major competition for the lead role in Marvel
Comics' upcoming Thor movie. According to some entertainment websites,
Brad Pitt is apparently being considered for the lead role. No offer
has been made to Pitt yet, but he is high on the list of potential
candidates to play the part. Another lead candidate for the role is
actor Kevin McKidd of HBO's Rome series. Furthermore, according to the
latest issue of Pro Wrestling Illustrated, the deal with Triple H and
Thor is that Marvel officials are interested in his services, but
scheduled director Matthew Vaughn is greatly opposed to the idea of
casting him in the movie. Vaughn has informed the studio about his
displeasure with possibly using Triple H in the movie.
HHH does have the look though. Thor has that Lugerous thing going.
Thor, starring Triple H, directed by Alan Smithee.
(Speaking of which, how would Trip-laych be credited - Triple H?
Hunter Hearst Helmsley? Paul Levesque? H.H.H. McMahon?
I say, if Trips can act the part convincingly enough, don't waste the
money going for a name like Pitt - I don't think Thor is a big enough
character with the general public to bring in ultramegahyperdollars.
Excuse me...(what? "Iron Man" brought in $250 million in four weeks?)
Er, let me get back to you on that ultramegahyperdollars comment.

I'd say he's as big a name as Iron Man. Even if some people think it's
a movie about the Norse God (not the Marvel version of the Norse God),
it should still bring in a good crowd.

That's really got stick it in and break it off for Vince & co. that Randy
Savage has been a character in a superhero movie, and HHH isn't wanted.
Except that HHH has been a character in a superhero movie already.

Emm Oh Oh En. That spells RSPW.
Also HHH had a far bigger role than Savage (as well as playing
something other than a wrestler)

Randy's was better. HHH's flopped.
Yeah, really. I was thinking the perfect Thor would have been Arnold
Schwarzenneger in total jacked mode. Call me crazy but maybe Dolph
Lundgren?
Russell Crowe maybe? Kurt Russell?
Besides, he's already done the Punisher...

And I always enjoy the fact that, not matter how many people HHH holds
down, how many titles he wins or how many 20-minute promos he cuts...
He still get his ass owned by Van Wilder.

That actually is one of the rumors I've seen. The role would be split
up with Brad Pitt cast as Blake and Triple H likely as Thor.

Matt Morgan?
Not a chance in hell Marvel would give such an iconic Marvel character
to Trips. I'm calling it now the guy from Rome..Kevin will be Thor
He was listed in the credits as "Triple H" for Blade: Trinity, Grown
Ups, and apparently next year's Journey of Death.
He was listed as Hunter Hearst Helmsley in the Drew Carey show and
Pacific Blue.
And since he now has three acting gigs under his belt, he must now
have his SAG card, right?
