Sunday Night Heat Report
::::::::::::::::::::::::
Hosted by Shane McMahon and Jim Cornette
Taped from Sacramento, California

• Mankind (w/Rocky Maivia and Ken Shamrock) defeated Dustin Runnels by making
him submit to the Mandible Claw. -During the match, backstage, Vince McMahon
was talking to his new buisness associates -- Kane and The Underatker. After
Mankind hit the Double-Arm D.D.T., he made Dustin Runnels submit to the
Mandible Claw. Following the match, after Runnels finished praying, Val Venis
appeared. Venis stated a few sexual jokes, regarding Runnels' wife, Terri.
Venis introduced a new movie, called "How Terri Got Her Groove." In the
movie, Terri Runnels was in bed with Venis. Runnels fell to the mat, and
began to cry, while Venis continued to put him down.

• Backstage, Michael Cole interviewed Kane and The Undertaker. Cole wanted to
know the deal the two brothers struck with Vince McMahon. Undertaker didn't
say what the deal was, but did state he had no love-loss for McMahon. He also
told Stone Cold Steve Austin to stay focused, and for Mankind, Rocky Maivia,
and Ken Shamrock to stay out of their way. The Undertaker taunted Skull and
8-Ball (their upcoming opponents). As Kane began to taunt Austin -- using a
voice incoder -- Maivia, Mankind, and Shamrock started to attack the two
brothers. Vince McMahon and other officials attempted to break up the brawl,
but were unsuccessful. Everyone ran-off once Kane and The Undertaker pulled
out two sledge hammers.

• Backstage, Vince McMahon started to yell at Mankind, and asked what he was
thinking. McMahon wanted Mankind to leave the arena, and take Rocky Maivia
and Ken Shamrock to leave. Mankind agreed, and shook hands with McMahon.

• Jacqueline (w/Marc Mero) defeated Luna (w/The Oddities and Sable) by making
her submit to a Figure-Four Leg Lock. -Luna dominated Jacqueline at first.
But the moment Jacqueline strapped her in a Figure-Four Leg Lock, Luna
submitted. Afterwards, Sable yelled out for Jacqueline. Jacqueline appeared,
and this time, challenged Sable to a wrestling match. Sable accepted, and
announced the match would be set for the next day on Raw is War.

• Backstage, Gerald Brisco was instructing police to make sure Rocky Maivia,
Mankind, and Ken Shamrock were off the arena property. All three superstars
made their ways out, carrying their luggage.

• Owen Hart, D-Lo Brown, and Jeff Jarrett (w/Southern Justice) defeated
Hunter Hearst Helmsley, X-Pac, and Billy Gunn (w/Jesse James and Chyna) with
D-Lo's Low Down. -Hunter Hearst Helmsley did his Michael Buffer impression.
Jesse James couldn't do his schtick, since he lost his voice. Billy Gunn
attempted to do it, but failed, and instead, had the crowd say "SUCK IT!"
After a brawl ensued on the outside of the ring, Mark Canterbury nailed X-Pac
with a pump-handle into a powerslam. D-Lo Brown hit the Low Down on X-Pac for
he, Owen Hart, and Jeff Jarrett to take the victory. Afterwards, on
Helmsley's way to the locker room, he was attacked by Mark Henry. During the
entire match, WWF kept experiencing technical difficulties. It was then
revealed, once returning from a commercial break, Al Snow was the cause of
the technical difficulties, as he was in the production truck giving the crew
a hard time.

• Edge defeated Taka Michinoku (w/Yamaguchi San) with the Downward Spiral.
-Edge quickly and easily took the victory once he hit the Downward Spiral.
The Light Heavyweight Title was not on-the-line. Afterwards, the rest of
Kaientai entered the ring, and began to attack Edge. Gangrel came to Edge's
aid, and said he would come to him.

• Backstage, Al Snow was arrested and was taken out of the production truck.
When returning from a commercial break, Al Snow was in the ring, and remained
handcuffed. Commissioner Slaughter confronted him. Slaughter said that he
wanted Snow and The Head out of the WWF. Snow said The Head sneezed on his
rear, since The Head was being held near Snow's rear. Slaughter challenged
Snow to a boot camp match the next day on Raw is War. Slaughter said if Snow
could beat him, he would be re-instated to the WWF. Afterwards, Slaughter
began to attack Snow, and strapped him in the Cobra Clutch.

• The Undertaker and Kane defeated The Disciples of Apocalypse (w/Paul
Ellering) with the Tombstone. -Vince McMahon did color commentary, and was
protected by two security guards. Kane and The Undertaker dominated Skull and
8-Ball. Kane hit the Tombstone on 8-Ball for he and his brother to take the
victory. (Credit: Joe De Leon)

Raw is War Preview
::::::::::::::::::
FROM SACRAMENTO, CALIFORNIA!  ON THE USA NETWORK AT 9 PM ET!

Last week on RAW, STONE COLD STEVE AUSTIN defended his Championship against
"The World's Most Dangerous Man" KEN SHAMROCK, but KANE and THE UNDERTAKER
got involved! When the show went off the air, THE ROCK & MANKIND joined the
festivities in the ring!

The situation between these superstars is absolutely explosive! Each is
scheduled to be in the building this Monday Night in Sacramento…the Arco
Arena is bound to explode!

Also last week, JEFF JARRETT and SOUTHERN JUSTICE delivered a number of
crushing blows to the throat of ROAD DOG, injuring the voice behind the Tag
Team Champions of the World! This week, BADD ASS BILLY GUNN looks for a bit
of retribution when he takes on Jarrett! MARK CANTERBURY and DENNIS KNIGHT
will look to teach DOA a little lesson in Southern Justice! There is no
telling how insane the action is going to get when the bikers meet up with
these two @#$-Kickin' Southerners!

The music is sure to be blastin' and bodies are sure to be slammin' when the
HEADBANGERS take on the ODDITIES! Mosh and Thrasher are a little 'freakish,'
but they ain't never seen anything like this before!

VAL VENIS will have to stop the action with his latest co-star, TERRI
RUNNELS, in order to concentrate on OWEN HART. Can the adult film star
continue his successful winning streak against his athletic counterpart?

Don't forget this is only a small taste of the action you're going to see!
The action on SUNDAY NIGHT HEAT will certainly boil over until the next
night! Plus, BREAKDOWN will be less than one week away! We already know there
is a TRIPLE THREAT MATCH for the Championship, but what else are we going to
find out on RAW about this PAY-PER-VIEW SPECTACULAR!

Tune in to RAW IS WAR this Monday Night at 9pm ET only on the USA NETWORK!!!

WCW Hotline Report 9/20
:::::::::::::::::::::::
With Bobby "The Brain" Heenan

-He's at a party in Beverly Hills. -He says he's going to talk about Maurice
"Maddog" Vachon. He says that he was an alternate in the Montreal Olympics.
-Compares him to his brother, Paul "The Butcher" Vachon. -Says Vachon wasn't
a big man, but a tough one who didn't do an aerial moves, nothing fancy. He
says he would, though, hit you hard. -Talks about how he would bite. -He says
that he wrestled him once, and then he used tights like Andre the Giant, or
the Giant and he would go down into his tights and go after his rear. -He
says that he's kind of like Diamond Dallas Page. -He says he's just like
Saturn, being bald, 5'11, not much taller than Maurice, but he's got the
build, he can do things off the top, which Vachon couldn't. Maddog had
wrestling skills, like Saturn, just didn't use them, and because of that,
he's a more feared man than Vachon. (Credit:The Flying Scotsman and Seeker)

Sid Returns ::::::::::: It was reported on 1wrestling.com that Sycho Sid made
his return to Pro Wrestling Sunday morning on the live Power Pro Wrestling
show in Memphis. They are doing an angle where Sid and Randy Hales are at
odds and Hales is trying to keep him out of Power Pro. That is how the show
started (with that angle). Then Sid finally came out, chokeslammed and
powerbombed a bunch of guys, then made a great 5 minute shoot style speech.
