This question is easily resolved. Get Obama to participate in a police-style
line-up. The "suspects" will be nude with paper bags on their heads. Then
see whether Sinclair can reliably pick out Obama based solely upon
distinctive genitalia. If Sinclair really knows his stuff, he'll nail it
without even having to get on his knees or "honk" or anything like that.
