RUMOR: Moving On. A New Photo May Have Spoiled Four Monday Night Raw
Superstars Moving To SmackDown Live.

Help is on the way. We are less than a month away from SmackDown Live
moving over to FOX. The October 4 show will change the way that the WWE
runs television for years to come as they will now be on national network
television in prime time. They are going to have to do a lot of things to
keep the new network happy and one of them may involving some talent
shuffling.

According to Angel Aramboles of WrestlingNews.com, a new photo shoot shows
that four prominent names will be mainstays of SmackDown Live once the show
moves to FOX. The four names are Alexa Bliss, the Miz, Rey Mysterio and
Becky Lynch, all of whom are currently Monday Night Raw wrestlers. They
are currently moving between the two shows, but rumors of a draft would
mean that they would be on SmackDown Live for good with no jumping from
show to show.

Based on this WWE photoshoot for FOX, it looks like Alexa Bliss, The Miz,
Rey Mysterio and Becky Lynch could be moving back to SmackDown.

Opinion: I can’t say I’m surprised by the idea of something like this as
you had to imagine a bunch of new stars coming over to the big show.
SmackDown Live is going to become the new flagship show of WWE due to where
it is airing, and that is going to require a lot of new stars being on the
show every single week. That is hardly a new idea, though it doesn’t do
much good for Monday Night Raw.

Which of the names will make the biggest impact on SmackDown Live? Who
should take their places on Monday Night Raw? Let us know in the comments

Speak Your Minds. Two WWE Stars Dont Seem Happy With Their Amount Of TV
Time.

Can you blame them for being annoyed? There are a lot of wrestlers under
the WWE banner and that means that there are a lot of wrestlers performing
on their multiple television shows. That being said, there still isn’t
room for everyone on the roster to get significant time and while it
happens to a lot of people, two wrestlers do not seem to be happy with
their place on the card.

Sarah Logan and Matt Hardy have both recently made references to wanting
either more television time or a more prominent role. Logan mentioned her
feud with Dana Brooke on Twitter, saying that their matches on Main Event
are not enough for her. The two have faced each other seven times on Main
Event in less than two and a half months, starting with the June 19
edition. Also on Twitter, Matt Hardy made a complaint of his own, saying
that he wanted to spend some of his last years in wrestling in the ring
contributing rather than sitting on the bench.

I want to destroy her on RAW. Main Event is not enough. @WWE

Thanks, Sam. Appreciate that. I can’t say I disagree with you. For the few
years I have left as an in-ring performer, I wanna kick ass & contribute to
the industry-not sit on the bench. https://t.co/NLKyF3aRu7

Both of them can go in the ring. Check out some of Logan and Hardy’s work:

Opinion: I can’t say I blame either of them for being annoyed at their spot
on the shows, as there are only so many spots for the people on the
roster. This is something that is going to happen in every promotion as
not everyone can be featured in a big time TV role, or even a TV role
whatsoever, and that has to be frustrating to the talent involved. Maybe
they will get a chance one day, but for not the waiting game continues.

Which of these two has the brighter future? Who will get to do something
important first? Let us know in the comments below.

The Boss Suggests. Vince McMahon Wants Something Special For This Weeks
Monday Night Raw And SmackDown Live.

You kind of need to listen to him. The WWE is in an interesting place at
the moment with AEW coming together to give it some well financed
competition for the first time in a good while. That can change a lot
about how the WWE operates and after things got rather bad over the summer,
it is clearly time to change things. With Monday Night Football debuting
this week, Vince McMahon has a new set of orders.

According to Wrestling Observer Live, McMahon is ordering his creative
teams to come up with as many unique ideas as possible for this week’s
Monday Night Raw and SmackDown Live. The shows are taking place from
Madison Square Garden in New York City, which has long been considered the
company’s home arena. Monday Night Raw is going up against stiff
competition in the form of the season debut of Monday Night Football.

The Garden is a special place. Check out how things were turned up a notch
there last year:

Opinion: What does it say that this is the kind of thing that the company
busts out for special occasions only? Shouldn’t they be coming up with
some good ideas almost every week? I know you can’t throw out everything
you have all the time, but having it be treated like a special order that
doesn’t take place very often doesn’t exactly seem like the best sign for
the company.

Do you like the prospects for this week’s show? Which do you see being
better? Let us know in the comments below.

Its Never Too Soon. AEW Already Considering A New Title.

Posted: 07 Sep 2019 09:48 PM PDT
https://wrestlingrumors.net/tommyhall/never-soon-aew-already-considering-new-title/

They have to keep growing. AEW is one of the most interesting wrestling
stories to come along in a very long time as they not only debuted earlier
this year but they will also be going onto live national television in
prime time less than five months later. That is a remarkable amount of
progress in such a short amount of time and while they have started hot,
they have more to do in a hurry.

Cody was recently interviewed by IGN where he mentioned the company
considering a new title down the road, which he strongly hinted would be a
Television Title. While Cody does not specifically mention what kind of a
title it would be, he said that people could probably guess since they will
be on television “hint hint”. Cody also made it clear that this is
something for the future and is not being considered at the moment.

The titles mean a lot. Check out Chris Jericho’s reaction to winning the
World Title:

Opinion: I mean, why not? They have a big enough roster and they are going
to have two hours live a week plus pay per views. A fourth title,
especially when two of the titles are for specific kinds of matches, is
acceptable, though I am glad they are taking their time on introducing it.
There is no reason to put everything together at once and make it all about
titles. Give the company time to grow first and see what can happen.

Do you like the idea of a TV Title? When will it be introduced? Let us
know in the comments below.

Theyre Running Out Of Needs. New Title Match Set For Clash Of Champions.

Posted: 07 Sep 2019 09:40 PM PDT
https://wrestlingrumors.net/tommyhall/theyre-running-out-of-needs-new-title-match-set-for-clash-of-champions/

The card continues to grow. We are less than eight days away from Clash of
Champions, a show built entirely around titles. While there are going to
be a few matches with no title implications, the majority of the show is
going to be about titles. That means that we are going to need a lot of
challengers to go after all of those titles and another one of them was set
up over the weekend.

As announced on WWE.com, Women’s Tag Team Champions Alexa Bliss and Nikki
Cross will be defending their titles against Fire Desire. The challengers
(Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville) defeated Bliss and Cross in a non-title
match earlier this week on SmackDown Live to earn their shot. Bliss and
Cross have held the titles for a little over a month, winning them on the
August 5 Monday Night Raw.

Here’s how it got set up. Check out the match from Tuesday:
[This post contains video, click to play]

Opinion: It wasn’t exactly a shock to see what was going to happen here but
that doesn’t make it any less logical. There aren’t many female tag teams
in WWE in the first place so giving the title shot to one of the few
regular teams was the only option. This may not be the most thrilling way
to go but at least it’s a story that was set up and could make for a decent
enough match at the pay per view.

Do you like the sound of this match? Who leaves with the titles? Let us
know in the comments below.
