[NJPW] Black Tiger

Just finished watching the 10-hour History of the Junior
Championship, and I wondered about a few things.
We talked about who played Tiger Mask through the years, but
who were the various Black Tigers? There was the Black Tiger
who feuded with Sayama Tiger Mask for the WWF and NWA Jr.
blets. There was the Black Tiger around the time of Hase and
Koshinaka's reigns. And more recently there was Eddy's Black
Tiger in the last few years. Who were the other guys, and
were there any others that I missed?
And who was the guy (who I'll call White Tiger, for lack of
a better name) who wore a white costume, had black tiger
stripes horizontally across his back, and had LAME strips
of fur across his shoulders and upper arms. Looked like
a luchador, I think.

That was Marc "Rollerball" Rocca.
There was the Black Tiger around the time of Hase and

That was, I believe, Eddy Guerrero, who was the only other Black Tiger besides
Rocca AFAIK.

reknowned luchadore Negro Casas. He and his funky outfit were a part of the
early 90's New Japan Junior scene headed by Liger.

There have only been two Black Tigers. Marc "Rollerball" Rocco a British
wrestler, and Eddy Guerrero. Eddy was introduced as Black Tiger during the
Tiger Mask III-Jushin Liger feud, I believe, so the two Black Tigers you
listed first must have both been played by Rocco.

If you are thinking of recent times, it was likely Felino, who has also
wrestled on Superastros a few times, and had a big feud with El Hijo del
Santo in EMLL a little while ago, I think.

The original Black Tiger was Marc Rocco from England. He wrestled Tiger
Mask, Gran Hamada, Cobra, Shiro Koshinaka and Keiichi Yamada (Jushin
Liger) from 1982 through 1989.
Eddie Guerrero debuted as the Black Tiger in 1993 when he attacked
Jushin Liger after a match between Jushin Liger and Pegasus Kid (Chris
Benoit).

That was Negro Casas wearing an outfit similar to the outfit of his
brother, Felino.

the even more hideous brown monkey suit earlier on in the tapes?

The only other guy I know to have donned the BT mask was the
original one, Marc "Rollerball" Rocco.

I didn't think the (white) costume was so bad, except for the
godawful fur. Now, that brown costume of his was truly a hideous
masterpiece. For a split second there I thought it was the Giant
Gonzales. My heart almost stopped. Close call, that one. :)

Near the end there, he really changed (well, as much as a guy under a
mask can change). I thought he was a totally different guy.
