You're not required to fill in EVERY space if you don't want, but please try
to leave the ballot's spacing intact so blank spots can be easily removed by
the scripts.
The list of nominations has been posted elsewhere to r.s.p-w.* - you can
cut and paste from there, or go "off the board" and vote for anyone
eligible in their respective categories. Keep in mind that the eligible
period for these awards is 11/02/08 to 11/01/09 - votes for people or
events before or after this time period won't count and will be rejected!
With an expected light turnout, your vote counts more than ever, so please
don't waste it by getting it wrong!
Comments and additional awards may be added *at the bottom of the ballot*.
If you don't want me using your From: name, you better tell me what name I
CAN use. I can't stress this enough: COMMENTS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE
BALLOT! Not in the middle! Not with your votes! At the bottom! Thanks!
You can either send a general comment about the entire year, or you may
send numbered comments corresponding to individual categories. Please use
brevity if you are leaving many comments, and PLEASE number them so they
can be properly sorted into the final document!

DON'T put it on the newsgroup! Don't send it to "chris" or "crz" - send
it to "rspw" - seriously, it's in the "From" line and you think this wouldn't
be hard to get right, but like I said earlier, you're all idiots.
