With a smile on her face, she stood up and fixed her red sequined dress as she
winked at the boss.)
<Perris> I ... I ... eyeyeyeye ...
(Pursing her lips, Kat held a finger to them quieting his stammering.)
<Kat Collins> Shhhhhhh ...
(A shouting voice from outside of the room broke the moment as the camera spun
around to see an angered Tara Collins standing there.)
<Tara Collins> What the Hell are you wearing?!?!?!?!
(Pushing past Perris, Tara entered the room and slammed the door shut leaving
him there shaking his head before he was once again walking the hallway.
Grabbed by someone off-camera, Perris is spun around by the shoulder coming
face to face with the "Extreme Luchadore", the Offspring.)
<Offspring> BJ?
(Perris stares at the young competitor, who quickly runs a hand across his
face. For a second, an ever-brief second, his eyes are exposed to the promoter
and the two lock gazes, Perris facing the camera.)
I'm sorry. I thought you'd forgotten who you were under all the bullshit.
(The Offspring, his hair back in place, walks away.)
Turns out I was the one who forgot…
(And abruptly the young man is gone. Perris stands there shaking his head in
disbelief before large red numbers burst onto a black screen in rapid
succession.)

(Rob Zombie's "More Human than Human starts to play loudly as clips of Extreme
Wrestling's Superstars in action passes before your eyes ... Justin Hart ...
Tara Collins and the Texas Terrors ... Andrea ... Jake Morgan ... the Offspring
... Extreme Wrestling's Television Champion, Skip Westervelt and finally, the
EW Texas Heavyweight Champion standing in the center of the ring lifting his
title belt skyward ...
With an explosion, the scenes disappear from the screen and are replaced by the
logo of Extreme Wrestling as it moves forward, filling the screen. The song
suddenly stops and with a smooth transition, fades out ...
With a just as smooth fade in, the camera pans a small but very vocal crowd of
fans sitting in a small area, raising signs for their favorite EW performers
... moving around, passing a wrestling ring before coming upon promotion
President B.J. Perris walking out onto the studio set and sitting behind his
desk. To his left is a small couch and a coffee table sitting in front of it.)
<Perris> Hello wrestling fans! Welcome to another big hour of Extreme Wrestling
brought to you on K-STaR 49! We have some exciting matches tonight, let's go to
the ring ...
(The fans were cheering as Desperado and Emilio Ramirez were both being
introduced to kick off the program.)
*** Ding *** Ding *** Ding ***
The smaller Ramirez started out fast, trying to take the bigger man off of his
feet and enjoyed early success with a Handspring Back Elbow, following up with
an aerial assault and nearly getting the pinfall with a Flying Leg Lariat off
the top rope.
Going to the well once too often, Ramirez was caught in mid-air and put down
with a Sitdown Powerbomb. Throwing the luchadore around the ring, Desperado
took control of the match. After clubbing him in the corner with repeated
Forearms, Desperado won the match with a Samoan Drop out of the corner.

Clips of K-STaR's syndicated programs The A-Team and Knight Rider were followed
Ricki Lake and Real TV which were in turn followed by new shows Strip Poker and
10's.
After scantily clad women and men flashed across the screen, a snazzy little
ditty about the Dallas Mavericks and highlights flashed by before returning to
the program.

(Fading back in, the camera focussed in on referee Peter Daye making his way
through the backstage area where he stopped in his tracks, looking up into the
grinning face of the Extreme Wrestling Texas Heavyweight Champion, Jason Flint.
Standing behind the champion were his boys, the State Club Boyz ... all
grinning like their boss.)
<Jason Flint> Well ... well ... well ... what have we here? If it isn't my old
"pal" referee Peter Daye ... keeping sobber these days, Petey-O? Hmmmm ...
(Standing there with his hands on his hips, Flint wheeled around to see the SC
Boyz being felled like so much wood before the woodsman's axe ... leaving Flint
looking at a hooded person standing there with a baseball bat in his hands.)
Oh <BLEEP> ...
(There was a loud "clunking" sound as the hidden assailant clobbered the
champion before laughing and running off. Leaving the champion downed on the
floor, the camera returned to the ring area where Kat Collins was walking out
from the back in her heels and red dress. Those present whistled loudly as she
entered the ring followed by the Tag Team Champion Tara Collins, carrying both
title belts over her shoulder. Collins, understandibly, did not look too happy
about the events of this match being as she has been trying to garner respect
from the male competitors of the promotion ... and now ... this ...
Kat lingered just a little too long bent over between the ropes for her older
sister who lashed out with a loud slap across the buttocks. Overselling the
slap, Kat rubbed her backside, drawing some heat from Tara as well as catcalls
and whistles from the small boisterious crowd. With a smile on her face, Kat
paraded around the ring for all to see and blew several kisses into the camera
for the television audience.
Her opponent, Kimberly Davis was equally done up for the match with her hair
piled up on top of her head and a tight yellow dress showing off her figure.
Tara had a few words for her as well but Kimberly waved her off as she entered
the ring.
Johnny Green dressed as the referee came out to the ring carrying a trophy.
Once inside, he showed both competitors before moving to the ropes to hand the
trophy over to Perris on the outside.
Before he could hand it off, Kat snatched it up and swung at Kim, who barely
ducked out of the way. Dropping down, Kim took Kat down with a Drop Toe Hold.
With the action starting, Green called for the bell.)
*** Ding *** Ding *** Ding ***
Kicking off her shoes, Kim came down with a Leg Drop onto Kat who cried out in
pain as she was being pulled up by her hair that was so nicely made. Kat
countered with a Fireman's Carry, tossing Kim over who held on and pulled Kat
over with an Arm Drag.
Kim bounced off the ropes but hit the mat as Tara reached into the ring and
tripped her up. Green was over and warning Tara as the fans loudly booed.Inside
the ring, Kat tried to set Kim up for a Piledriver but was taken over with a
Back Body Drop. Kim's Elbow Drop missed it's target with Kat rolling out of the
way.
Kat followed with a Kick to the stomach and a Japanese Arm Drag. From a mounted
position, Kat began choking Kim but was pulled off by a warning Johnny Green.
Kim pulled Kat to the match as the two talked and rolled her up with a Small
Package. Green hit the canvas and slapped out a 2 count.
Kat came up with a Forearm to the head that staggered Kim before going after
the arm with an Arm Bar into a Wristlock. Twisting Kim over, Kat jumped into
the air and landed a leg across Kim's shoulder, driving her down into the mat.
Scissoring the leg, Kat rolled her body to pin Kim who in turned rolled her's
as Green slapped the mat twice then slapped it twice again as Kim had the
pinning predicament. Kat rolled and had Kim flat on the mat for another 2 count
before Kim grabbed the ropes for a break.
Kat put Kim over with a Snapmare then tugged at her dress from behind. Kat
fought and made it to her feet, taking Kat down with a Double Leg Takedown. Kim
threw herself back against the near ropes as Tara jumped up onto the ring
apron. Reaching into the ring, the Tag Champion grabbed a handful of dress and
yanked, tearing it and causing Kim to stumble. Springing to her feet, Kat
grabbed Kim and threw her over with a Hip Toss. Reaching down, Kat got a
deathgrip on Kim's now torn dress and pulled for all she was worth. There was a
sharp tearing sound and then it was in her hands, leaving Kimberly Davis
sitting on the canvas in her frilly undergarments.
The fans were howling as referee Johnny Green, wide-eyed, called for the bell.
*** Ding *** Ding *** Ding ***
(The fans were chanting "EXTREME!" as Kimberly Davis ran from the ring and made
her way into the back while Green handed the trophy to the victorious Kat
Davis. Hoisting the trophy, Kat climbed the ropes as the fans cheered ... all
the while, Tara was below shouting at her sister to get down from there.
As the chanting changed to "Your Turn!", Kat smiled as she tossed the trophy
back to Johnny Green and proceeded to do a little striptease from the top
turnbuckle. In no time at all, Kat was in her undies for all of the
appreciative fans. Tara, needless to say, was beside herself with anger.
The cheering continued as the camera moved to the back once again where EMT's
were working with Jason Flint. Flint rose to his feet with some help before
pushing them away and heading down the hallway.)
<Jason Flint> A mirror!!!!! I need a mirror!!!!!
(Grabbing one of the EMT's, he pulled him close.)
Did he mess up my face? How's the face?
(Moving away from the hallway, the camera focussed in on Jake Morgan standing
with Mean Darlene and Aaron Starr in front of the EW banner. Starr raised a mic
to his lips.)
<Aaron Starr> This is Aaron Starr and I am standing in the back with the former
EW Texas Heavyweight Champion Jake Morgan and Mean Darlene ...
(Starr looked surprised as Darlene grabbed the mic away as Morgan, with a smile
on his face, put a hand over Starr's face and pushed him out of the way.)
<Mean Darlene> Look ... I'm going to make this really simple for you to
understand, Hart ... ever since you've shown your face in Extreme Wrestling and
talked yourself in circles ... you've done nothing but prove yourself to be
EW's answer to a doormat ...
You got that?
To even mention this man's name in the same sentence as your own proves what a
moron you really are! Do you really think that you are in the same class as
this man? Do you?
Every damn time someone has come along and knocked this man down ... every time
he's been beaten and bloodied ... every time ... he's done one thing ... he
gets back up ... no matter who it is, no matter what's been done ... he gets
back up and comes for more ... win or lose there is just no stopping this man
... regardless of the odds or who he's facing ... whether it's the Offspring or
the crazed 13 ... whether it's five or six guys or just one ... Jake Morgan
will not stay down ...
He won't stop ...
(Darlene laughs in disgust.)
And you, Hart? What have you done? What makes you even remotely think you've
got a quarter of the talent this man has? Maybe it's that little list you keep?
Maybe it's your other accomplishments here in Extreme Wrestling? Maybe?
Maybe you're better?
(Darlene bursts into laughter before stopping and staring into the camera.)
Don't make me laugh!
The camera faded out for a commercial.)

(Coming back from commercial, the PA system let out a loud hissing sound before
the studio lighting went dim and the familiar opening of "Burn it Up" by Los
Angeles' punk rock sons the Offspring blasted. The lights quickly came back on,
as slowly from the back, dressed in black jeans and a black "SaVioR" T-shirt,
came the former Texas Heavyweight Champion, the Offspring. With his hair
hanging down over his face, obscuring not only his features but also something
metallic that glinted around the spot where his eyes should be, the 'Spring
finished his stroll to the ring with a hop, perching on the apron. Raising a
hand, the Offspring's music stops as he lifts a hand extending his palm toward
Hart, who after flinching came to a stop.)
<Offspring> Stay put, Justin. If you don't mind… and even if you do… I've
got something to say to all these people, to some of the people in the back,
and to you. So right now, you've got choices. You can hear me out, or you can
over-react, as you have so many times already this week, and Jake Morgan can
have the night off.
(The 'Spring stands, tensed, for a moment before noticing that in spite of the
angry look on his face, Hart has chosen to stand down and await his actual
opponent. Looking out into the crowd, the Offspring continues.)
I come before all of you tonight a humbled man.
(The crowd is silent, other than some mumbling.)
Almost a month ago, in this same ring, I was involved in a B-reel comedy of a
title match and, hours after promising you that I'd make something of the Texas
Heavyweight Title, it left my possession. For that, I apologize to you. All of
you. Even the current champion, Jason Flint. You all deserve a better champion.
(Confusion abounds, as the mumbling becomes louder.)
In the days, the weeks, following that match I allowed something to afflict
me-something that in the past I'd managed to deal with. You see, Denton…
we've always had a bond. I look out among you and I don't see rich kids with
silver spoons in their mouths, I don't see power brokers, I don't see CEOs of
Fortune 500 companies. I see what I see when I look in the mirror-people who
have to scratch and claw for their place in this world. I see people who
sacrifice, who work long hours. I see what America has constantly characterized
as "the little guy."
And a funny thing happens to that "little guy" over time. He becomes strong,
learns how to get ahead. But there also comes a time when he must remember that
place from which he came, when in spite of his best laid plans and best
intentions he is forced to accept the fact that bureaucrats and thieves will
<BLEEP> him out of that which he has, by the blood and sweat of his own toil,
reclaimed for the common man. And at that moment-sometimes a little something
snaps inside. At that moment, sometimes…
(The 'Spring's head bows, his braids falling around the microphone.)
Sometimes it seems like the only way to stay ahead is to play by the rules of
the enemy, to adopt a "scr<BLEEP> you" stance and surround yourself with thugs
and pre-fabricated excuses. Sometimes it just hurts. And sometimes beating the
hell out of yourself is the only way to see the light.
(The 'Spring looks out over the fans, most of which are still mumbling,
confused.)
I never missed the championship belt because I wanted a strap of golden
plates… I missed it because it represented the fact that in spite of prices
on my head, in spite of a locker room who had written me off, in spite of all
the obstacles that fate could place before me, I'd won that belt for all of
you. And when it was taken from me… I didn't know what to tell you. I
couldn't come out here and say, "Denton… amigos, the Extreme Luchadore has
failed you. But don't stop believing in me, I'll be back." I thought the belt
mattered to all of you, and I thought that without it, you'd feel I'd shamed
you. I was wrong.
(Jerking his head up, the former champion continues.)
But, confused, I tried to make it right. I tried to survey the damage, and in
the process I blurred the line that bonded me to a close friend and ally. And
in a moment of misplaced rage I did something I regret. But…
(Spinning, the Offspring points to Justin Hart.)
That's where you enter into all of this, Hart.
(Hart raises a fist, gesturing, but doesn't move toward the Offspring.)
For what it is worth, Hart, I shouldn't have blasted you with that baseball bat
a few weeks back. I know it, and all these people know it.
(Hart seems pleased, as if he's won a war of words.)
But you should have also weighed the consequences of your actions. When you
fucked with the Trashman, you fucked with me. And two weeks ago in the steel
cage, when you got your "chance" to show what you could do on even footing…
(The former champion shrugs.)
It seems the sky fell on you, didn't it?
(For the first time since his music stopped, the fans respond to the Offspring,
a light cheer coming from a clump of fans in the front rows which was
interrupted by a loud shout of "SHUT UP!" from a single fan that brought some
laughter from the rest.)
I recall, Hart, being on your "list" because of a chair shot you took in the
head from the same man who, in that very cage, saved you from taking the three
count. And what that means to me is that, since you can't learn to respect the
men who have made this promotion what it is-myself, Jake Morgan, the Trashman
and others-your bravado has written a check you might not be able to cash.
(Hart becomes irate, waving his fist again in the air.)
I don't know if these people will forgive me, Hart. I don't know if I'll ever
be able to turn to "la Raza" without some among them turning me a cold
shoulder. I don't know if the Trashman will forgive me, if he can forgive me,
and I don't know if I have proven that I deserve to be forgiven, but there is
one thing I do know. If you ask Jake Morgan about the Offspring, he'll tell you
what respect means. If you talk to Pep Preston, to BJ Perris, or to any of the
many men who no longer compete in this sport because of what happened when they
came face to face with me, you'll learn what respect means.
Or if you look at the way Jason Flint cringes, for he knows that when I decide
that I want the title back I'll just drag him to this ring and beat him like
the bitch that he is, you will see what respect is.
(The 'Spring hops over the ropes, sitting on the turnbuckle in one corner.
Doing so brought a small chant of "MORGAN!".)
But what about you and me, Justin? What about the "respect" you don't have for
the man who put those purple blotches all over your back last weekend? How
about the respect you don't have for the reason you had trouble breathing
Monday morning? What about you and I? Where's our "closure?"
(Pointing to the back, he continues.)
There's a guy in the back who is supposed to be your partner, your friend.
Neowolf. And this weekend, he and I are set to fight one on one. I have no
problem with that, but it seems to me that since you treat him like he's your
bitch, and you're suddenly worried about respect… Perhaps we should make it a
triple threat match?
(The fans, before seemingly only slightly interested, erupt ... the chant of
Morgan's name growing louder. There's just something about a three-way-dance.)
Of course maybe Neowolf likes the fact that you lead him around with a carrot,
so if he'd like to work in concert with you-I'll agree to accept whatever
partner is willing to stand at my side to face both of you. Or I'll walk down
the aisle by myself.
But Justin, this ends now. Either you put up…
(The 'Spring hops backward off the ropes, back to the apron.)
Or shut up.
Respect is earned, Justin Hart. You don't buy it, you don't steal it-and you
can't create it by claiming you deserve it.
(More cheers of "Shut Up!" came from the audience. The 'Spring pauses,
thinking.)
These people deserve better than you've given them, Hart. They can see through
you, just like they see through all the false idols who have walked the same
path before you.
(The 'Spring hops off the apron to the floor and walks over to the ring
barricade, flipping over the barrier and settling into a front row seat between
two fans who have apparently forgiven the former fan favorite and greet him
with approving high fives. Propping his feet up, the Offspring finishes.)
One last thing, Justin…
(Hart, nearly ready to explode, glares out at the Offspring.)
Jake Morgan doesn't need your respect-he's about to beat it out of you. Have a
nice night!
(With that the 'Spring tosses the microphone back toward the ring, watching as
it thuds against the canvas. There was a cheer as the Offspring finally
finished his long winded rant and took his seat when Mean Darlene led Jake
Morgan out to the ring.
Hart and Morgan are in the ring facing each other. The ref goes to start the
match, but Morgan holds up his hand, then asks for a mic.)
<Jake Morgan> Hart earlier in the week you asked me to cut you some slack, then
you asked me to show you some courtesy. So today I'm going to do both. You can
leave this ring right now, and no one will think any less of you. I'll even
hold the ropes open for you.
(Jake walks over to the ropes and sits on the second rope holding it open for
Hart to exit the ring. Hart eyes Morgan uncertainly, then shakes his head no.
Jake looks down at the mat, and shakes his head in disgust.)
You ask for some slack? I try and give you the night off. You ask for Courtesy,
and I hold the rope open for you. So I do what you ask, then you turn around
and tell me NO? Well, that's fine, but don't say I never gave you the chance.
(Jake drops the mic and Clotheslines Hart. Peter Daye called for the bell as
Morgan went on the attack.)
*** Ding *** Ding *** Ding ***
Hart quickly recovered from the Clothesline as Morgan came in with a second
attempt. Morgan turned around as Hart ducked underneath then was was kicked in
the gut by a quicker Hart. Hart followed with a Snap Suplex on the larger man.
Morgan was stunned by the sudden surge. With Morgan backing away into a corner,
an angered Hart charged in, ramming his knee into Morgan's face. Laying into
Morgan with a series of kicks to the chest, he drove Morgan to the ground.
Pulling Morgan up by the hair, he Whipped him into the far corner, following
with a big Body Splash. Repeating the move a second and third time, Morgan was
dropped to the mat before Hart started Stomping the former Champion.
Morgan was Whipped into a corner and took an Elbow to the head, grabbed and put
down with a Side Russian Leg Sweep. Morgan was able to kick out on a 1 count,
then rolled out of the ring for a breather. Hart followed to the outside with a
Suicide Dive. Morgan caught him and slammed him onto the hard floor that
brought a gasp from the small crowd.
Morgan grabbed up a chair and brought it down over Hart's head, stopping him in
his tracks. The chair bent nearly in half over Hart's back before Morgan tossed
it aside. A small trickle of blood was visible on Hart's head as he was rolled
back into the ring. A Low Blow and a Hair Pull Face Slam caught Morgan by
surprise as he went down.
Morgan was pulled to his feet and reversed Hart's Irish Whip with one of his
own, catching Hart on the return, hitting with a Spinebuster. The crowd gasped
at the ferocity of the move. Morgan went for the pin with Hart kicking out on
two. Morgan went for the Figure Four Leg Lock but took a finger to the eye.
Hart tried to Whip Morgan into the ropes again but Morgan blocked it and hit
with a Short Arm Clothesline. Morgan held up Hart as he looked out at the crowd
then DDTed him.
Rolling out of the ring instead going for the pin, Morgan pulled tables out
from under the ring and started to set up them up ... two were up on the
outside before Hart even began to move. The third table was pushed into the
ring and set it up. Hart was just getting to his feet when he was caught around
the throat.
Walking Hart over to the ropes and stepping through to the apron, Morgan lifted
him over the top rope and Chokeslammed through a waiting table. Daye came down
to stop Morgan but was pushed out of the way as Morgan reached down and pulled
up a bloody Hart. Carrying him over to the next table and ready to Powerbomb
Hart through it, Morgan found it reveresed and dropped through the table
instead.
Crawling back into the ring, Hart was followed slowly by Morgan behind him.
Hart began punching away but had little effect. Morgan ducked in under a Punch,
locking on a Cobra Clutch. Hart struggled and Kicked backwards, catching
Morgan, breaking the hold. He followed with a boot to the midsection and
followed with a Leaping DDT. Hart rolled over the top of Morgan, getting a near
pinfall.
Somehow, Morgan got back to his feet and took several shots to the head before
being pulled up the ropes. Hart was setting him up for a Superplex when a
hooded man came running out from the back with a baseball bat in hand. With
both men at the top, the hooded man, just as he had done to Flint earlier, hit
Hart over the back with it causing both men to crash to the mat.
The hooded man ran off, leaving both wrestlers collapsed on the canvas. Peter
Daye started counting over the fallen men when Jake Morgan began to stir. Mean
Darlene was doing her best to help from the outside as she started clapping
which got the fans involved. Using the ropes, Morgan regained his feet and
staggered towards Hart, pulling him up. From behind, he again locked on the
Cobra Clutch.
Lifting up quickly, Morgan tossed Hart overhead with a Suplex from the hold
through the table left standing inside the ring. Dropping to his knees, Morgan
covered Hart for the 3 count.
*** Ding *** Ding *** Ding ***
(The fans erupted as Daye lifted Morgan's arm into the air when the camera
disappeared into the back of the studio where a previously unseen man is
standing, leaning against a wall with his head tilted back with a small paper
bag held to his mouth.
Finished, the man looks at the camera and lets out a belch.)
<Man> AHHHHHHHHH ...
(Using his sleeve, he wipes his mouth almost falling from his position held up
only by the wall he is leaning against.)
You peoplshhhh don't know nothin' about nothin' ... that's right daddy ... you
ain't sheen Felixsh Wade ...
(Leaning over a little too much, the man falls over and out of camera shot.)
HEY! Felixsh! Felixsh!
(The show came to an end as the man continued shouting out for help.)
