In Regards to the Mid-Year Awards...

I recently saw a post asking about the Mid-Years... asking who was going to
step to the plate and take over the arduous task of counting hundreds of
ballots, as well as creating categories, and making sure that as many people
from as many different e-wrestling federations see the ballot and have the
opportunity to vote. After some consideration, I've decided to offer my
services.
Now, I am not sure how many of you think I am capable of the job, or if I am
the right man for it. I know that it's possible for some of you to not like me,
and am also aware that conceivably there is a fair share of you who don't even
know me. For those that don't...
My name is Ben Rosenblatt :) I handle the character Fang. He is currently
active in Mark Stone's WWO and Eric Cooper's GSWP. Other characters that I've
handled are "Laid Back" Lawrence Christian, "Body and Brains" Bobby Baines,
"Milestones" Gene Whittaker and some others. I have been actively participating
in this great hobby since 1994.
But back to my original intention, I'd like to be in charge of the RSPWF
Mid-Year Awards this year. If agreed upon by a decent portion of RSPWF
regulars, I'd start by sending out a list of categories. People could respond
telling which they like, dislike, and which, if any, they'd like to add or
remove from ballots. Also, since these are the _RSPWF_ Mid-Year Awards, I'd ask
this question... "Should ballots be solely posted to RSPWF? Or should ballots
be sent out to as many fed-heads as possible as well as RPSWF?"
Obviously we see the issue there... if posted only to RSPWF fed-heads who read
and post here can send it to their fed if they so choose, but to me thisreally
makes it the RSPWF Awards. If sent to feds directly from myself, they become
more the E-wrestling Mid-Year Awards. With either system, I am comfortable
though.
Please let me know what you think. I can promise that I'll be organized,
completely unbias, and punctual with every step I take.
