WLW "NIGHT OF THE HUNTED" PART 16

Rose paces around the ring, then screams at his man to "do it"! Gigantor
pulls Samhain to his feet, and nails the Goardbuster. Samhain crumbles to
the mat. Gigantor stands over him pounding his chest and roaring.
BALDWIN..."Johnny, he nailed it!"
TOWNSAND..."If he covers him, Baldwin, it's over!"
Gigantor falls ontop of Samhain and the ref drops. The fans jump to
their feet...1...2...kick out!! Rose pounds on the mat angrily screaming at
the ref.
TOWNSAND..."My god! I've never seen anything like this
Baldwin!"
Gigantor sits up and roars so loudly that some of the fans at ringside
scream. Samhain rolls to the corner, gets up and stares across the ring at
Gigantor. Rose's mouth drops open, not believing what he's seeing. The
SkyDome erupts.
TOWNSAND..."Jesus Christ, Baldwin! I guess that
was just the warm up! Look at these two!"
Gigantor pounds on his chest and runs at Samhain. Gigantor swings, and
Samhain moves, nailing the giant with a clothesline. Gigantor falls against
the ropes, but again, doesn't go down. Samhain drops to his knees and
catches Gigantor with a low blow. Rose screams at the ref. Gigantor
doubles over. Samhain sinches him and drops him with a pile driver! The
fans scream as the big man crashes to the mat on his head.
Samhain pulls Gigantor to his feet by his hair, then hoist him, sitting
him on the top turnbuckle.
TOWNSAND..."Look at this, Baldwin! It's pay back time!"
Samhain climbs the ropes as the fans scream and boo. The priest raises
his head and looks on. Samhain stands Gigantor up, sinches him, and drops
him back to the mat with a belly-back superplex! Both men bounce off the
mat as they land. Samhain rolls ontop of Gigantor. Rose leaps onto the
apron as the ref starts to count...1...2...kick out!!!
Gigantor kicks out, throwing Samhain off of him. The giant gets to his
feet, beating his chest. Samhain looks down at the Priest. Gigantor
charges, catching Samhain with a boot to the stomach. He grabs him and
drops him with and inverted atomic drop. Samhain is hurt, but still stands.
Gigantor grabs him and hits him with another. Samhain bounces off the big
mans knee and falls to the mat. Rose runs around the ring, laughing and
applauding his man.
Samhain tries to roll out of the ring, but Gigantor brings him to his
feet and smashes him to the mat with another choke slam. Gigantor pulls him
back up, scoops him, and slams him to the mat.
TOWNSAND..."He can't take much more of this, Baldwin!"
BALDWIN..."Johnny, he's got him up again!"
Again, Gigantor slams Samhain to the mat. He crashes hard and lays
motionless. The cameras pan across the fans. All of them stand shocked.
Samhain slowly gets to his feet and stands near the ropes. Gigantor
charges at him. Samhain ducks and back body drops the giant over the top
rope! Rose jumps out of the way as his man crashes to the floor beside him.
The fans jump to their feet.
BALDWIN..."Desperation move on the part of Samhain!"
TOWNSAND..."I'll agree, Baldwin, but it may buy him the
time that he needs!"
Gigantor lays hurt on the floor, and Samhain leans on the ropes. He
looks down at his fallen opponent, then turns and looks at the turnbuckle.
Slowly, he makes his way over and begins to climb up.
BALDWIN..."What is he doing?"
Samhain reaches the top and perches himself. Flash bulbs flicker
everywhere.
Rose stands on the floor beside Gigantor, pointing up at Samhain, screaming
at him not to jump. Samhain leaps. Rose moves out of the way, and so does
Gigantor! Samhain slams down onto the platform, chest first.
TOWNSAND..."Samhain just made a major mistake, baldwin!
It could cost him the match!"
Gigantor picks up Samhain, and places him on his shoulder. He walks
around the ring to the side of the runway where he stops. On the ground,
lies the door of the cage. Gigantor runs and powerslams Samhain ontop of
it! The fans scream as Samhain's back connects with the metal.
BALDWIN..."That's part of Gigantor's cage, Johnny!"
Rose runs over and points to the turnbuckle. Gigantor rolls into the
ring and climbs the turnbuckle.
BALDWIN..."Oh my god! Get him down from there!"
Gigantor leaps. As he falls, Samhain moves, and Gigantor crashes down
onto the cage door! Rose runs over to help him up, but quickly backs off as
Samhain approaches. Samhain picks up the big man and rams his back into
the ring post.
The ref looks on from the ring. He lets Gigantor drop to the mat. Samhain
picks up the cage door and throws it into the ring.
BALDWIN..."Somebody's got to stop this! They're gonna
kill each other!"
TOWNSAND..."No way, Baldwin! It's gettin good now!"
Samhain grabs Gigantor by the head and rams it into the ring post. The
big man falls to the ring platform with blood running from his forehead.
Rose pleads with the ref to call off Samhain. Samhain rolls Gigantor into
the ring, then climbs the ropes. As Gigantor gets to his feet, Samhain
leaps and levels him with a flying clothesline. The giant crashes to the mat.
Samhain grabs the cage door and slams it down onto Gigantor. He then
takes it and stands it in the corner. Samhain pulls Gigantor to his feet
and whips him into the cage door. The giant slams against it as the fans
scream and boo.
Samhain races across the ring and leaps for a splash. Gigantor slumps to
the floor and Samhain smashes into the cage! He bounces off and falls on
his back.
Blood runs down the side of his head.
Gigantor crawls over and covers...1..2..kick out!!
Gigantor hauls Samhain to his feet and whips him to the ropes. Samhain
ducks under a clothesline, hits the opposite ropes and leaps, nailing
gigantor with the Sickle! Gigantor staggers back, but doesn't go down!
BALDWIN..."He didn't go down!"
TOWNSAND..."I don't believe this, Baldwin!"
Samhain watches as Gigantor staggers towards him. Samhain hits the ropes
again, nailing him with another Sickle! Gigantor wobbles and drops to one
knee.
The fans jump to their feet. Gigantor falls onto his back.
TOWNSAND..."He's down! He's down! Oh my god, he's
down!"
Samhain races over and drops ontop of Gigantor. The ref drops and counts...
...1...
Rose races over.
...2...
Rose reaches in and grabs the ref's leg. Gigantor lifts his shoulder....
...3!!! Gigantor's shoulder falls back to the mat.
TOWNSAND..."Samhain's won it, Baldwin!"
BALDWIN..."Johnny, I think Gigantor had his shoulder up!"
TOWNSAND..."What are you talking about?!"
BALDWIN..."Watch the replay...look...Rose is grabbing
the ref...look..look...Gigantor's shoulder is up!! The
ref doesn't see it!"
TOWNSAND..."Your right! But, what is...hey...what the
hell..."
Rick Styles and Kyle Kamikaze come tearing down the runway, as Gigantor
gets to his feet and charges at Samhain. He grabs his head from behind and
rams it into the cage door. Samhain falls to the mat. Gigantor dives on
him, wrapping his huge hands around his neck, choking the life outta of him.
The ref tries to pull him off, but Gigantor shoves him away. Styles and
Kamikaze slide into the ring, each grabbing an arm of Gigantor. They pull
and pull, finally getting him off of Samhain. Rose points up the runway.
They struggle to pull Gigantor out of the ring as Samhain stands and
watches. The Priest climbs into the ring.
Styles and Kamikaze get Gigantor into the cart and it rolls up the runway
and out of the stadium.
CRUMB..."Ladies and gentlemen...the winner of the match...
and the NEEEWWWW...WLW HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION.....
SAMHAAAIIINNNN!!!"
The ref hands the belt to Samhain as a hush falls over the crowd.
Samhain holds the belt and looks down at it. He holds it out to the Priest.
The Priest reacts by shaking his head. Samhain looks back at the belt, then
lets it fall out of his hand. The Priest holds out his robe and Samhain
takes it, dresses, and the two slowly climb out of the ring and into a cart.
BALDWIN..."What's he doing?! He's just left the belt in
the ring!"
TOWNSAND..."Well how the hell should I know! Am I in the
ring with him, you idiot?!"
The cart rolls up the runway as the fans boo and throw garbage at the
champion of the world. Samhain and the Priest exit the SkyDome without the
belt.
BALDWIN..."I don't know what to make of this! Why fight
for a belt, then leave it in the ring? It doesn't make
` any sense!"
TOWNSAND..."He obviously has plans that don't involve
belts, Baldwin! When Samhain came to the WLW, he made
it clear that he was after people, not titles! I guess
he just proved that!"
BALDWIN..."So where does that leave us? Is he the champion
or what?"
TOWNSAND..."I don't know, but the champs gone, and the belts
still in the ring!"
BALDWIN..."More contraversy! More questions to be answered!
But what a night, Johnny Townsand!"
TOWNSAND..."Yes it was! We say ever title change hands
tonight! We saw the Grave Digga, and we set a new
record!"
BALDWIN..."That's right, and new attendance..."
TOWNSAND..."I was talking about the number of hot dogs
you ate! What was, 40?"
BALDWIN..."Would you stop?! Fans, it was just an average
night here in the WLW! So, for Tom Russel, Johnny Townsand
and the entire staff of the WLW, I'm Mike Baldwin saying
so long from the SkyDome!"

The show ends with a shot of the championship belt lying in the middle of
the blood stained ring.

The screen fades to black.
