Hey,

Been lurking lately in hopes of finding an attractive Fed that is looking for
talent with no such luck. So I figure I'll just advertise myself.

I'm just looking for a decent Fed that is more of the angle/storyline base than
of the roleplaying base. I understand the two go hand-and-hand but if I'm not
really interested in roleplaying 3 or 4 times a week or per show, you dig? I'm
not trying to sound picky ... just trying to find something that suits my
schedule so I can put my best into the Fed.

Anything that has been running for a fairly decent time [I know the current e-W
trend doesn't really help me in that] but any Fed that seems to be going fairly
strong and is looking to add a Face to their roster. [Yes, I mean Face
alignment, not "a face."]

Anyhow, if anyone is mildly interested, drop me a line and we can go from
there, thanks.

I here what you are saying there is this fed called evwe.com . Its not
even opened yet but they say they will open in july. trust me im not
promoting it but they claim that if your on the staff you cant rp. and
all that other shit and all they do is talk about how the angles will be
great and shit. I havent joined yet and i wont till i know this for a
fact. The layout sucks to but some of the best feds ive been in have
had shit layouts. and the ones with the good ones end up closing so who
knows. Just saw your post and thought i would share my thoughts

If he uses "Killing an Arab" by The Cure as his theme song, I will
mark the fuck out.

I'd like to invite you to Mile High Wrestling. I personally strive to
get everyone involved in angles as we approach our PPVs. We are a
young fed, but we're not going anywhere. A Committee of 3 runs the
place. We have one card per week, on Tuesdays. There are 2 weekly
flash packets called the Spotlight Series. PPVs are held roughly
every other month. We understand that life takes priority over e-w.

I would include a FAQ in this, but unfortunately, it needs updating.
However, we really could use a face character. If you'd like to
contact me, I'm on AIM often. My screen name is Synthetic67 I hope
to hear from you soon.

Pfeh, sure, go ahead and wave that literary nonsense in our faces, why
don't you? I bet you're a huge fan of "The Existentialist" Jean-Paul
Sartre and his Being And Nothingness Suplex too?

Ummm... I really didn't have a point to make here other than flogging
the impracticality of my own liberal arts education.

Alas I do not resemble that remark.

As close as you can get to a philo major without having it,

Well, since my name was evoked by you Pat, I'll make the minor point that
Camus wrote The Stranger, not Sartre.

I won't remark on the being ripped off part, for obvious reasons :)

Yes, I knew that. Which is why Bobby made the comment about the Cure
song since... that was inspired by Camus, see? And since Camus is
sometimes eulogized as an existentialist writer (even though he isn't
strictly an existentialist), I brought up Sartre (another of those
lousy existentialists) whose major piece was "Being And Nothingness"
(hence the name of his trademark suplex finisher, see?).

But none of this means anything beyond the fact that my diploma
contributes absolutely nothing to my resumé... altho' it did help me
get a TN1 work permit so I could keep an American out of a job for a
couple of years while I lived in Detroit. Nice, eh? :-)

Does this mean you'll loan me money instead of me havin' to filch yer

Not you, Dave. The other Dave. Hmmm, didn't I quote that Kids In The
Hall song already?

Ooh, can we somehow posit an argument where study of the law is akin
to study of philosophy???

Hi,

As owner and president of the NEFW, let me invite you to apply to our
fed. We've been around for a long time and have many quality RPers.
Our requirement is 2 RP's a week, although some of our wrestlers do
more. If on a given week you can only do one, that's fine too as we
don't release you unless you go 3 consecutive weeks not meeting the
requirement. Even that is negotiable if you let me know why you are
not meeting it. Results are voted on by a committee based on a
combination of angles and RP quality not quantity. So check us out.
