Don't be fooled by other feds using the letters...

This is the federation that was the RSPCW, and later the FWLI. This is the
federation that brought you names like "Amazin" Jason, Mark "Samson" Engel,
"Hot Shot" Brian Knight, and Mark Destructo. This is one of the original RSPW
e-feds. This is a fully booked e-fed...not something run off a simulator. And
now, after a multi-year hiatus, it's back.

"Version 2.0" simply means new leadership, a new direction, and a new vision.
And since the start of 1999, the original International Fantasy Wrestling
Federation has been consistent, and spectacular, with its action. We've dazzled
our mailing list of handlers and fans. We've amazed people who have visited our
website. And now, we're ready to once again release our action to a new group
of fans. In one week's time, for your viewing pleasure...IFWF Battleground.

Witness the card:
"Flagman" Joe Melillo will defend the World Heavyweight Title against the man
he defeated for the title, Chris "Hit Man" Thomas. Thomas, after turning his
back on the entire federation months ago, has promised a handshake at the end
of the match, win or lose. The two men who were once the heart and soul of The
Lion Pride will meet once again, in their latest chapter. The top prize is on
the line again, and we'll see what lengths these men go to.

European Champion "The Franchise" Ryan Rankin will step up against North
American Champion Vic "The Rebel" Black in a match to unify the respective
titles into one...the IFWF International Title. The title belt will be hidden
somewhere in the arena, and it's up to both men to find it and bring it back to
the ring. Whoever does will be the International Champion.

The unified World Tag Team Titles will be on the line, as "Short Order" Paul
Simard and "Godfather" Pedro Clemenza, The Hitmen, defend against multi-fed Tag
Team Champions "Deadly" Dirk Venom and "Flashy" Freddie Massey, Bad Company.
The Hitmen unified the World and International Tag Titles just five weeks ago,
and their biggest challenge lies ahead of them. Bad Company wants to take the
unification a step further, holding tag titles in three different e-federations
at once.

"The Living Legend" Jean-Pierre Vachon will face "The Equalizer" Haron Atkinson
for the second time in a five-minute match. The first time, Vachon stole
Atkinson's nickname. This time, he wants to steal the pride of the
self-proclaimed "Hardcore Icon".

In a special tag team match, World TV Champ "The Prophet" Todd Newkirk teams
with "Dashing" Derek Lankford to face "The Man to Beat" Doug Fury and "Hot
Stuff" Chris Taylor. Newkirk is a wanted man, as all three men are after his
title. Taylor and Newkirk were longtime friends, before Newkirk's betrayal at
the recent Hardcore: Above The Law PPV. In addition, Fury spurned Lankford's
offer to join the Miracle Violence Connection, siding instead with longtime
friend Brian Knight and the BMF. Tensions are high, feelings are deep, and the
action will be intense.

Former multi-champion Mark "The Executioner" Engel will face the hot newcomer,
Thomas DiArgo. DiArgo recently scored the upset of a lifetime, pinning former
World Champion Mark Destructo. Now Engel is the latest big opponent for the
D-Man. Can DiArgo pull it off again?

And to top it all off, "The Original Thorn" Brian Knight will face Joe Petrow.
You read that right. Knight vs. Petrow. Petrow wanted to return to the IFWF for
this match, and this match only. The war of words has been unlike any other,
with both men plotting the demise of the other. This is the most intense feud
in all the years of this federation, and it comes to a head in one week's time,
at Battleground.

Fed-head Ryan Koval (RLK...@aol.com) celebrates 11 months on the job with what
promises to be the most memorable card this federation has ever produced. Main
eventers everywhere you look...three titles on the line...and fantasy wrestling
like only the original IFWF can bring you. In one week's time, it's the
return...
