i called about 8 places yesterday. the best place I found was
skisafe(800-225-6560)- pricewise, though the liability is a little low.

additionally I learned that www.boatus.com has an online water safety
course you can take, some companies discount for this, but one should
know all one can about boating anyway.
be sure to ask about exclusions such as engine modifications, towing a
skier, etc. that pertain to your situation.
