I went there to the sites and it just said the date and time. Who sanctions
the event and do I just show up and race?

There will be more updating soon. It's not officially sanctioned however
we will be using the same rules as any ijsba event. Currently we're
looking at both a timed endurance event as well as closed course. More
updates will be added by the middle of the week.
