as I was tackling someone after a short corner, and It hit me under the
nose, whcih is now dead. And i have a big balck lump n my lip!!!!!

Congrats! I don't think I remember my first hockey injury, although my first
one to REALLY hurt was a ball in the soft bit on the inside of the knee from
point blank in Under 13s I think.
This season I have had:
2x Strained Hamstring
1x Fractured Rib
1x Torn Tendon in left ankle.
1x Sprained right ankle
1x Lost tonail frombeing hit in the toe with the ball like 10 times
1x Compound stress fracture of the toe
!!!! plus about 2 bruises per game.
Can anyone beat that in a season?
Sometimes I wonder why I love the sport so much! Mind you, the rib and ankle
were both from playing social soccer!

go on....burst it...you know you want to....and then go and eat a couple of

first and hit the ball away and followed through. He had hit me on my cheek
bone, it was not broken but I had 4 stitches. Great or wot!!!
I had a lovely black eye as well.
