I imagine it might go something like this:
The economy is in the toilet? We are losing jobs at a staggering rate? The
dollar is almost not worth the paper it's printed on? We are still in Iraq?
So what? He shot a 71 today. None of you wing nuts shot 71 today. Period.

And he has a crappy putting grip. Look at the picture of him and
Arnie. The finger down the shaft is a sure sign of a bad putter.[1]

[1] I stole that from Randy Brown. He said it first and he is right.

Some people say the president is switching from a "people's sport",
basketball, to an "elitist sport", golf.

But I suspect it's more of changing from a young man's sport to one
that people can play for a lifetime.
