The golf collecting hobby is one of endless fascination and almost
unlimited possibilities. This is a fast growing field of interest and now
is a good time to start building a collection while prices are still
reasonable on most items. Golf collectibles are currently appreciating at
20%+ yearly, so they are obviously a good investment, as well as a source
of great fun for the golfing history enthusiast.
This comprehensive list will help you locate all the information and
resources you'll need to get started in this wonderful hobby. Please

*****THE GOLF COLLECTORS SOCIETY
The Golf Collectors Society is a very prestigious organization of about
2500 worldwide members who have banded together to share their love of
golf history & the collecting of its treasures. Membership free is $35.00
for USA residents, $40.00 for Canadians, and $45.00 for International
memberships. They are open to anyone who wants to share their love affair
with golf. Membership includes an exclusive subscription to the
"Bulletin", the societies news magazine, and a directory of the
membership. This great society holds an annual meeting and also hosts many
regional meetings and swap fests throughout the year at various locations
around the USA. This is a fun organization to belong to and it's full of
great folks who are willing to share their collecting information and
