Thanx,
Chris
We have dicussed this subject a week ago.
I received a phone call from them selling their wares. At first it
seemed a good idea. That proved to be the beginning of a two month long
problem.
I told the salesman that I would contact him with my descision whether
or not to purchase. The next day I called back and told them I wasn't
interested. They said " OK. No problem."
Wrong...Two days later I received a set of irons.
When I contacted my credit card company Bob Mann had charge my card the
first night even after agreeing to wait for my call.
Needless to say, in the end I won the battle and the war. After
sending faxes to Bob Mann complaining about the unethical sales practices
used by his staff I refused the charge.
The next month they charged my credit card again. I again refused the
charge and ordered a new credit card.
I now have a set of clubs I never use...but neither does Bob "can I rip
you off" Mann.
Bob if you read this.....screw you as you've screwed so many others.
