The lawsuit filed today claims that the script DID NOT call for Baldwin to pull the trigger of the gun, just point it in the general direction of the camera. This cements the negligence case against Baldwin.

Of course, choosing to use "welch proof" wager terms makes it impossible for cheaters
or liars to do just that: cheat / lie.

Ironic that it is Tom who's opposed to using them.
