Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Eminem, Mary J. Blige and Kendrick Lamar were the
chosen NFL felons.

Do we know how many drive-by shootings were in the parking lot yet?

This is just another opportunity to point out that the social standards
that the Left promotes regarding culture simply do not actually exist.

Violence against women? Apparently now totally okay. You don't get
canceled over that anymore. At least depending on who you are and what
kind of 'art' you perform.

Lyrics that are overtly anti-gay? Totally fine. (So long as you also
hate Donald Trump.)

As long as you are seen as a weapon against the system, the Left is
willing to tolerate anything you do or say. And, hilariously, major
corporations are willing to use you to represent them because the public
will give them money for it.

Let's just go down the list of who was on stage Sunday on the NFL's gala
night-- you know the league that's been trying to shed its reputation as
a haven for criminals and thugs:

Dr. DRE

--accused of multiple incidents of violence against women and
convicted in 1991

--the mother of one of Dre's children accused him of domestic
violence; another woman accused Dre of assaulting her

--convicted in 1992 of battery of a police officer

--accused of driving while intoxicated in 1994

--accused by Suge Knight in 2016 of a kill-for-hire plot

SNOOP DOGG

--has been arrested for everything from cocaine possession to
1st- and 2nd-degree murder

--arrested for illegal firearm possession

--implicated in a rape case; wasn't arrested for it but there
was an implication by witnesses that he was involved

--last arrested in 2012 again for drug possession

--just this past January, he cut a song that included the lyrics:

"All you niggas out there,
Take your guns that you usin' to shoot each other
And start shootin' these bitch-ass motherfuckin' police
That'll impress a motherfuckin' nigga like me."

That was in January. And here he is in February, center stage
at one of the biggest cultural events in America at the behest
of a major American corporation.

50-CENT

--arrested in 1994 for cocaine trafficking

--arrested in 2003 for criminal possession of a weapon

--arrested for battery of one his fans at a concert in 2004

--arrested in 2013 on five criminal counts, including one
count of domestic violence

EMINEM

--raps about having committed violence against his ex-wife,
raping his mom, about stabbing gay people. (But then he said
he didn't like Trump, so that, of course, fixed everything.)

--arrested twice in 2000 on gun charges

I thought this stuff was bad. I mean, even according to the Left it's
bad, right? No? Not so much?

These are offenses that in any other instance in today's world would get
you canceled hard. And saying they happened in 90s is no excuse when
we're reaching back centuries to cancel people now.

But all of these guys are reliably left-- and most importantly
anti-Trump-- so no matter what they say, no matter how bigoted they are
toward women and gays, no matter what they're arrested and charged with
and convicted of-- including violence against women and attempting to
murder people-- it's okay. All is forgiven.

But Joe Rogan? He had a couple of doctors on his show that contradicted
Lord Fauci and he told some off-color jokes 20 years ago, so he must be
silenced, utterly crushed, and made into an unperson.
