Berman even said after his 38-3 pick of the Bills, "Do I really
think this is the way it will turn out? Well, maybe not."
Based on that you really cannot use his pick as being for the
Bills. Unless of course, he made another pick that was more
serious...

There are a lot of people "picking" Buffalo. A lot of these people are
just so they can look good if Buffalo actually does win. They know
that they have nothing to lose and credibility to gain if the Bills win,
since no one actually remembers who picked who. But they'll be the
first to "I told you so" if the Bills win.
