My girlfriend and I have been sexually active for three months and I am her first. The problem is that she has never had an orgasm, and when she's about to climax, she just "loses" it. None of the other girls I've been with have had this problem, and so I'm unsure about what to do. Please help, as I am starting to get really frustrated to a point where I feel almost worthless.
Derek
There is no need to feel worthless, as it probably has little to do with you and more to do with her lack of experience and knowledge about her own sexuality. The next time you're having sex, encourage her to rub her clitoris. Watch her, taking note of how she touches herself, and the next time you're having sex, you can either rub or lick her the same way, or have her do a repeat performance while you penetrate her. This will allow her to get to know what sensations she likes, which will eventually lead her to climax.
When you see that she is nearing climax, encourage her actions. Tell her that she's really turning you on and tell her to keep going. The key is not to let her "lose" it. Be patient, she'll come around eventually.

anal sex
I would like to know the consequences of having anal sex with a lady without lubricant. I would also like to know if it's true that the rectum increases in size during anal sex.
Carl
Unlike the vagina, the rectum was not intended for sexual activity, and so, unlike the vagina, it does not respond to sexual activity by expanding. Also unlike the vagina, the rectum does not produce natural lubrication, and so a water-based lubricant should be used during anal sex.

out of lube
The other day my girlfriend and I were having an incredible lovemaking session. It was so intense that, by her fourth orgasm, she stopped producing lubrication. Is this a normal occurrence in these types of situations or is it something to worry about?
Jon
After four consecutive orgasms, a little dryness is certainly nothing to worry about. The next time this happens, just have some water-based lubricant handy.
