Yes, anything that cuts down executive power long-term is good. Too many people, going back to at least FDR (and probably further), are happy as long as executive power is on their side.

Sure hope so. The thot of say Kamala Harris or Lizzie Warren running amok w/ executive powers scares me just as Trump does you.
